We love the capacity of this freezer; the indoor icemaker unit so its not taking up space in the refrigerator; the space in the door for large items such as gallon milk jugs; lights so you can see everything; no more forgotten items; the larger freezer space What we don't love is that within just a couple of days, there was frost on the inside of the freezer. After replacement of a several parts and four repair trips, we will be exchanging this refrigerator for another yet to be determined brand (all within two months of purchase). We want this design, with a better quality product. Best buy repair was great to work with; the same cannot be said for LG who's customer service was quite rude.

We have had this refrigerator for a month and we love everything about it. It has all the space you will ever need and it runs very quietly! We looked for a very long time before deciding on this one and glad we took our time. We are very, very happy with our LG refrigerator!

The refrigerator is great. It is nice to be able to see everything on the shelves. I wish the top shelves were able to accomodate 2 liter bottles without splitting the right shelf.. The top shelf of the freezer is great for ice cream and coffee cans, On the second shelf I put individual chops and chicken cutletsand legs.and it is very easy to see them. In the bottom bin I have frozen veggies whole chickens and ducks etc.

So far, no issues with the limited amount of ice I have heard. We always have ice but we dont have a large family of teens either. Love the space, it is quite and well lit. Highly recommended.

We (2A, 2K) replaced our 14 year old side/side & really like the french door setup. The drawers in the freezer are very useful. The LED lighting makes everything sparkle & easy to find. We don't mind the depth of the fridge. The doors are great for large bottles & we like the dividers for cans. We particularly like the small ice-maker since it doesn't take up as much room in the fridge. We only use ice for filling drinking glasses & it keeps up with that just fine. Keeps the right temps in fridge & freezer. Delivery on-time & fast & free.

I have had this for about a year now and love it. Easy to clean lots of room and no problems. If you need space this one is for you. It's also easy to adjust for different size items when needed. I would recommend this one.

This would have been a perfect review if not for the poor best buy delivery. The LG refridgerator is great. The unit has space to spare. Like the layout so far it has worked well. The ice maker was slow at first but seems to keep up now. Would recommend having a extra bag on hand for big parties. There is plenty of freezer storage and the 3 drawers are a great feature. I was worried at first about LG and would not hesitate to buy again.

First of all, I am not one that usually writes reviews so that should tell you how strongly I feel about the refrigerator. The freezer went out on our 10 year old side by side GE fridge so I started researching French Door refrigerators. This LG was attractive because it has one of the largest interior capacities of any French door. And yes, I did see the reviews that mentioned ice capacity but we are a small family so I didn't think it would affect us. You can literally have one cold drink a day with this fridge. And because the ice is so small, you really have to fill the cup because it melts so fast. We had the fridge for 26 days when I finally panicked that we would be stuck with it if I didn't do something about it. We ended up trading it for the Samsung model that has two ice makers and we couldn't be happier. Now I never have to wonder if there is ice when I go to the dispenser. One positive I can say for LG's design over the Samsung is the water dispenser. On the LG, it's easier to fill a pitcher or the reservoir for a Kuerig coffee maker.

can't complain...does everything we expected to. Love the freezer on the bottom with the 2 drawers

i'm giving this review after 2 years. I purchased this product in 2012. after 3 months some of the freezer trays broken and gasket came out. called support they came and fixed and also changed mother board in it. basically the mother board inside is defective for this model. after 1 year warranty they do not provide free service. Now the refrigerator stopped working(both freezer and fridge). Called customer support. they said we need to go through their service providers else the motor warranty voids. they came and fixed with $225. said the problem is moisture inside the system. said it is defective and came with that moisture inside. anyway they fixed it by breaking some copper tube and put new copper tube and welded it... I think this model is defective. That is the reason i'm giving 3 stars.

I just had this fridge delivered today and I am very impressed for what is in my kitchen. Looks way better in the kitchen than on the showroom floor. I must say the design of the fridge is also to be noticed with lots of space and real stainless steel finish. The only thing I am very skeptical about is the touch sensor control board on the front. This on most appliances is the first thing to go so Black tie protection is slapped on this appliance for sure.

We got an amazing deal on this fridge. The drawers are very smooth and hold a lot. The grey sides don't really make sense, but it works out just fine. The front is non-magnetic which really doesn't make sense, but in the end it keeps us from putting stuff on the front so it looks cleaner.

I purchase this refrigerator a few weeks ago. I found that the ice maker does not make enough ice per day to fill two large glasses. If I new this before, I would not have purchase this refrigerator.

This fridge is great! Really big and has a lot of capacity. Looks nice too.

This is the very best refrigerator I've ever used. So much room and so easy to operate. Outstanding product!

I have used it for a month. It works fine. Stainless steel is shining and easy to clean. Interior light is fantastic. Good size freezer although you have to bend down to reach it. But 2 door alignment on the top is not convenient because you have to open the right door first before you can open the left one. It means it's better to store the most frequently used items on the right side of the refrigerator.

This refrigerator has been great so far, we have only had it for a few weeks

We've been needing a larger refrigerator and decided on this one. I especially like the freezer section with the large bottom section & 2 drawers that keep things organized. It's great

So far so good. Would recommend this to everybody.

**Water dispenser takes hours to cool the water to refrigerator temp and then only dispenses about 8 oz of cool water before it gets warm again. **Not much cushion on the doors so they close hard, sounds like a 70's car door closing. **Lots of shelves but they become useless when you have to space them far apart just to get a bottle of ketchup or 2 liter bottle of soda on the shelf. **Ice dispenser doesn't hold much ice. **The Lock feature is pretty useless because it locks everything even the ice/ water dispenser. I just want to lock the temp settings. For a $2500 refrigerator I expected to be impressed. I'm very unimpressed. If my wife wasn't so in love with the looks I would have returned it the minute I discovered it takes hours to cool water for the dispenser.
