It's so pretty. It keeps very cold. Love the control panel. Love how I can fill taller containers.

This is a huge change over our 15 year old refrigerator, not the least of which it has French doors, and hence the freezer on the bottom. Very nice for accessibility. The only unfortunate thing is it was a returned model, and as delivered did not have a water filter.

Bought a GE french door originally and boy was that a mistake. Tossed out ice so hard it broke 2 glasses. Sounded like an airplane when compressor kicked on, and lights inside worked only when they decided they wanted too. After ordering the LG (along with a newly released Bosch dishwasher) I had a 6 week wait, but boy was it worth it. The LG is almost silent. I can't hear a peep out of it. No more broken glass and the lights even work. Yea!! The wife loves it too which is a plus LOL. The only dislikes I have found after only 1 week are 1) It is a bit awkward to find a spot for gallon size pitches for tea and flavored water without removing an entire shelve. 2) there is very little light on the ice/water dispenser which can make it difficult to use at night unless you turn on overhead lighting.

Had trouble with electrical/etc. when it was delivered. Had to have service multiple times, but now working great!!!

I love this French door fridge. I don't have to get on my knees to find something in the fridge. I don't have to bend over that much to get things out of the freezer. The Led lights make everything easier to see. This is truly a beautiful machine and very quite. I used to hear my old fridge run all the time. I LOVE THIS FRIDGE....

Never had an issue after over 5 years of use. Highly recommended.

Did quite a bit of research prior to purchasing this refrigerator. Reviews and feed back from the various sites I reviewed were spot on. Capacity, features, looks, overall product quality, etc. are awesome.

Such a great fridge. I have had it for five years so far and have had NO issues

We have had this unit for only a couple of months, but so far it has been trouble free. The interior space is huge and the temperature control has been very consistent. Ice and water dispensers work well. While one can hear the unit running, I do not consider it loud or objectionable. We do drink a lot of ice water throughout the day and as with many of this type of French door refrigerators, the icemaker struggles to keep up and we do occasionally run out of ice. I would give it a 5 of 5 rating except for the icemaker limitations.

Perfect for my families needs. Love the spacious freezer draw which has a tray at the top and a pull out draw.

Overall a great product. Love the LED lighting. The design of the interior allows for easy visibility. There is great storage on the door. And the ice cube storage is in the door - very accessible. But the winning feature is the bottom freezer with 2 slide out drawers, makes for easy organization & visibility.

We bought this from our new house and love it! It is huge and makes great use of the space. The water dispensor is a little tricky and we have made a couple of messes when trying to fill a water bottle or something. Other than that, we have no real complaints. It looks good, keeps food cold and has tons of room!

We received a great deal on this fridge because it was returned earlier. We weren't planning to buy a fridge, but Best Buy priced it aggressively and we made the decision to get it along with a dishwasher. We're very happy so far - it has updated the look of our kitchen.

We love how easy the freezer opens. Some of the other makers don't have the easy open drawer. Plenty of freezer space for pizzas and ice cream. You can adjust all of the fridge settings from the outside of the fridge. Would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

The fridge works great. I love the layout and the ice maker. The freezer has separate compartments that makes organizing easy. It cost a little more, but you get what you pay for. I would recomendation this fridge to anyone!

The design of this refrigerator is head and shoulders above the Kenmore Elite that it replaced. Features such as ice and water easier to use. Storage design is better to allow access. Easy to change water filter.

We are very satisfied with the LG French Door refrigerator. The features on this model are what sold us when we were compraing to other manufactures. The LED lighting illuminates every area of the refrigerator without blinding you. The top shelf has a feature that allows part of it to slide back to allow tall water pitchers and 2-liter bottles to sit vertical. The shelves in the door allow for two(2) gallon sized jugs with plenty of room in front/behind them to place smaller bottles. There are three drawer that are sized correctly to fit a dozen apples or oranges in each drawer. The fourth drawer is the width of the refrigerator and makes it easy to see all the items placed in it. The tall water dispenser area is a big plus and we've had ice makers on previous refrigerators, but this LG model turns our the clearest ice that we've ever experienced. Once again, we are very happy with the purchase of this LG model!

Love the frige! The lighting is incredible; we can actually see the items in the back of the shelves. The freezer has a slight frost build up. Nothing major, but noticeable.
