We love this fridge, it's spacious and perfect for the kitchen

Best Buy pre-order check list is a good way to insure to have enough space for the new refrigerator. The refrigerator works well. The delivery and installation went well too.

I love this fridge! It is used in my garage and can get extremely cool on the highest setting. The fruit/produce bins work very well and can keep celery, onions etc fresher longer.

Great fridge. First one i had to actually buy and have not had any issues. Hoping to get the ice maker attachment to go with it.

The refrigerator was great, but the deliveries scratched the surface of the refrigerator!

The purchase of the LG refrigerator was made online. The old refrigerator was removed by the Geek Squad. They were on time and finished the installation in 20 minutes. The refrigerator is quiet and the lighting inside.

This fridge is a good value. It was exactly what we wanted. Big enough for our use for 2 people. No frills like water or ice maker as we did not want that.

August 11th first lg refrig delivered but new braided water connection wasnt ordered by salesperson & drivers weren't allowed to use existing plastic tubing. They left refrig unplugged in kitchen & drove away. I plugged it in & pushed it in place without icemaker being installed. Found that doors wouldnt close completely unless pushed the last couple of inches. Contacted geek squad & notified them of issues. 8-11 delivery guys came & installed ice maker & braided hose that hadnt been ordered. Noted with them issues with doors not closing. 8-29 geek squad rep came for door issues & ordered new hinges. 9-17 rep came & installed new hinges but didnt fix issues. Ordered replacement refrig & icemaker. 10-7 new refrig delivered but drivers couldnt remove original icemaker to swap into replacement refrig, had to order new icemaker. 10-20 new icemaker delivered & installed. Working ok so far but best buy ordering & delivery system needs work. The geek squad rep who replaced the hinges was helpful but the delivery drivers were uninformed about what was supposed to be done beyond delivering the refrigerators.

The refrigerator work perfectly well. Highly recommended for anyone out there. You won't regret it

It's a solid product. More spacious than I initially thought it would be. Getting delivery was a bit of a pain and ended up canceling the service and picked it up myself. The overall experience was good.

I wanted to let you know that you have a gem in your company by the name of Valerie Jacobs. I have never had as many problems with a company as I have had with Best Buy after ordering a refrigerator from them. I could list every incident that has happened in the past 4 months since ordering the frig, but you probably know about them. I would have contacted consumer reports, the Federal Trade Commission, the BBB, the Consumer Protection Agency, and anyone else I could think of to report what had become ridiculous to me. It was Valerie Jacobs, because of her sweet disposition, her respect, her honesty, and her ability to deal with people, who kept me calm. (I was getting more and more angry each time an incident occurred.) Anyway, she is truly a gem and should be in a position with authority for that company.

This refrigerator is exceptional! It has great sturdy glass shelves. It is nice size to fit in a kitchen spaces!

This refrigerator has been great. There is plenty of room and everything fits.

Very great fridge, keeps things cold with no issues. Might be a little too big for single person living but I’m okay with it.
