No matter how you configure the shelves you cannot get a single bottle to stand up in the freezer. And the fridge shelves are not great height options either.

For future reference, this model features adjustable door bins and removable shelves, which can help create more vertical space. For example, removing one of the freezer shelves entirely may allow bottles to stand upright. It has a weird odor but hopefully it will go away after time. One thing I do not like is that all the internal parts were plastic instead of glass.

I rejected the first unit as the damage was around the coils and compressor and I was not going to risk that. The second unit looks as tho it was dropped on the corner, and the only reason I was willing to accept it was the damage was essentially cosmetic. BB did offer a discount as a consolation, and I chose to accept because waiting another week and having to take more time off to be around for the delivery window was not an option. The delivery people were fantastic, I know it wasn't their fault, just be careful!
