Refrigerator was fine. There were delivery problem and delay but best buy made a good faith effort to solve the problem.

This is the best fridge ever I would never replace this fridge I think this fridge is better than the LG fridges.

Love new fridge, wish it had another door shelf to store.

I really loved this fridge very roomy and aesthetically pleasing. Returned it because it kept tripping neighboring GFCI outlets because the other outlets (GFCI) were on a shared circuit with the standard 120v outlet for the fridge. Make sure it’s on its own independent circuit and it’ll *probably* be fine. Ended up exchanging it for a Frigidaire top freezer refrigerator and have had no issues with the replacement with no changes to the electric.

Best Buy pre-order check list is a good way to insure to have enough space for the new refrigerator. The refrigerator works well. The delivery and installation went well too.

Great fridge. First one i had to actually buy and have not had any issues. Hoping to get the ice maker attachment to go with it.

I love this fridge! It is used in my garage and can get extremely cool on the highest setting. The fruit/produce bins work very well and can keep celery, onions etc fresher longer.

Delivered set up for door changed, all done efficiently and correctly.

This fridge is a good value. It was exactly what we wanted. Big enough for our use for 2 people. No frills like water or ice maker as we did not want that.

The purchase of the LG refrigerator was made online. The old refrigerator was removed by the Geek Squad. They were on time and finished the installation in 20 minutes. The refrigerator is quiet and the lighting inside.

It's a solid product. More spacious than I initially thought it would be. Getting delivery was a bit of a pain and ended up canceling the service and picked it up myself. The overall experience was good.

I wanted to let you know that you have a gem in your company by the name of Valerie Jacobs. I have never had as many problems with a company as I have had with Best Buy after ordering a refrigerator from them. I could list every incident that has happened in the past 4 months since ordering the frig, but you probably know about them. I would have contacted consumer reports, the Federal Trade Commission, the BBB, the Consumer Protection Agency, and anyone else I could think of to report what had become ridiculous to me. It was Valerie Jacobs, because of her sweet disposition, her respect, her honesty, and her ability to deal with people, who kept me calm. (I was getting more and more angry each time an incident occurred.) Anyway, she is truly a gem and should be in a position with authority for that company.
