Turns out we didn’t need it. We returned it, but the Best Buy service was excellent.

Great refrigerator for the money , I like the fact of milk in door

LG fridge has lots of room on the door and two big drawers which makes it easy to keep everything more organized. We are very pleased with our purchase.

at the beginning i was happy but, after almost 1 year sometimes it makes funny noises, not happy at all.

Good fridge. Wish there was an addition drawer below the top shelf but other than that fine.

I love it!! But not the people who dropped it off!!! They where jerks!!! Mad because my house was small to move in. Rolling eyes and ugly faces. Ill rather pick up next time.

Considering the price, this fridge is built very nicely. Fit and finish is right up there with fridges that cost significantly more. We have it in our garage, and time will tell how it holds up, but initial impressions are very postiive.

I was very dismayed to receive a broken refrigerator. I knew something was up when it emitted no cold air at all after being plugged in for a few hours, to the point where I had to throw half my food away. The extreme situation made it difficult for me to believe the explanations of LG technicians who claimed that the refrigerator had to stabilize first. Thankfully, Best Buy sent a technician who diagnosed the problem immediately as a result of a broken compressor. What’s really funny is how the replacement LG refrigerator I got had the same problem of no cold air because of a broken compressor. The same technician returned and said that, in his experience, he had never witnessed the same problem happen to the same person twice in a row. I am grateful that the third refrigerator, a Whirlpool model, worked right after it was plugged in. I want to praise Chicago customer agent Yvette Bowling for her professionalism. She went out of her way to quickly find new models and arrange for delivery. She and the technician quickly remedied the conundrum. I am happy that Best Buy was able to solve everything, but I will not go with LG refrigerators ever again.

It's great! I was excited to have the climate controlled vegetable bins. They have exceeded my expectations. Fruit and vegetables stay fresh much longer, therefore I am saving money.

I bought it as a second refrigider for the garage, build quality is better than i expected.

The refrigerator was not in the store when we purchased, so we were really buying “blind”. It’s a little smaller than our prior one., but we knew that. Delivery was on-time and very efficient. Very pleased.

so far it works very well and I like it. I would like a light in the freezer though and I prefer a light bulb rather than the LED, but those are small things.

This was purchased April 2023. Two years and 2 months after purchase, the drip line in refrigerator (not the freezer -that is not hooked up) is leaking on to the top shelf, not running into the drip line that goes to the pan. The warranty is 2 years. If I win the $400 gift card for this review, I guess I'll apply it to a different brand refrigerator.

We like the LG products and have have good success with them in the past which is why we made this purchase. So for we have not been disappointed.

I had to replace my Maytag bottom freezer refrigerator and after searching as much as I could I ended up ordering this LG because it was available and it fit my space. Compared to my Maytag it seems so cheap.

Great fridge, love the interior and lighting. Very cold freezer and very nice fridge space.
