It has a weird odor but hopefully it will go away after time. One thing I do not like is that all the internal parts were plastic instead of glass.

Both the interior and door shelves on my purchase of just 2 years ago have all broken multiple times, and even with the Total Tech coverage, the replacements are about $100 each. Painful. Other than that, it's okay.

I rejected the first unit as the damage was around the coils and compressor and I was not going to risk that. The second unit looks as tho it was dropped on the corner, and the only reason I was willing to accept it was the damage was essentially cosmetic. BB did offer a discount as a consolation, and I chose to accept because waiting another week and having to take more time off to be around for the delivery window was not an option. The delivery people were fantastic, I know it wasn't their fault, just be careful!

Disappointed that it doesn't keep your drinks ice

For optimal cooling, we recommend setting the refrigerator temperature to 37°F and ensuring there’s proper airflow by not overpacking the shelves, especially near the vents.
