    Money just doesnt buy you what it used to. Purcahsed this fridge just 2 years ago and its out. Have a garage fridge thats 10 years old and still running strong.

    I received this refrigerator and found that when you close the refrigerator door, the freezer door also open and closes (weird). I tried to call best buy but no one pickup the phone. I checked on their website and came to know that the products comes only with 15-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, that means if you notice something in the product later than 15 days then they will not return it (as per my understanding). Disappointed with the product.

    I bought one and it’s not working at all try to fix it technician appointment 6 days after and bring another one 13 days so I return it all

    Fridge stopped working this week. Everything in the freezer defrosted and the fridge barely chilled. Tried unplugging and replugging it in. It sounds like its running but won't freeze anything. Only 6 months old. Real bummer.

    tripped the circuit twice.

    I originally purchased this for my garage. It kept tripping my circuit and never fully went on. I had best buy switch out the fridge, STILL the same thing happened. Me, thinking that it was too powerful for my garage, had a brand new dedicated circuit installed by an electrician for 250$. still the same thing! I just returned the fridge and got a different brand and it works fine. Research online shows me the fridge uses more electricity than similar models...

    Stay away from this product. We received the refrigerator on January 15/2021 and continue to have cooling issues. We've had x3 repair techs over and no improvement. Don't know if we have a bad design or a "lemon" appliance.

    This fridge was perfect, and just what we were looking for. Unfortunately, that low quality of the parts has caused it to already stop working just 5 months after install. I have another fridge (NOT LG) that I have had for 12 years and no problems. I'll avoid this one going forward.

    Bestbuy TotalTech Service Was Great. Silver Color Shows All Finger Prints, Smudges & And Looks Terrible Becauss of It. Surface Isn't Easy To Clean. The Refrigerator Looked Great In Store. But Once Home It Was Too Narrow. Bought Refrigerator to be used in garage, but will most likley return it & get wider & possibly different model.

    the refrigerator is very hard to work in. There is no place to place the cheese and meat there than on an open shelf. I can only open the vegetable drawer 1/3 of the way and cannot get into it to clean. When I have to get something on the shelf and I pull out from the refrigerator I hit my head on the freezer door.

    They said the delivery employees are sick of Covid so they couldn't deliver it not once but twice. They extended the delivery date but had to go out of town so i canceled the purchase.

    I waited 32 days to receive this LG fridge. No matter what I do it never gets below 44 degrees in the bottom & 8 degrees in the freezer. I've now read that the LG's have compressor issues and this problem is not uncommon.
