The only issue I had was receiving the fridge. We were told hey 2 wks , we received an email it was deliver in two days prep area we moved our existing fridge outside and we didn’t receive new fridge for a month! Very disappointing no communication from Best Buy what the issue and hold up. Once we did receive fridge the delivery service was hands down amazing.

It's got even larger vegetable and fruit drawers which are very welcome in this household--and a freezer with a shelf that's also a welcome addition. My only small note to the manufacturers: the LED lighting inside makes the food look somewhat less appetizing than my old fridge with its light bulb that never died. This has nothing to do with the overall excellence of the product. My old fridge died 3 days before Christmas, and I went immediately to Best Buy. I bought the LG quickly, and the salesman did everything he could to see if it could be delivered before Christmas; but that just wasn't possible. The delivery had to be scheduled for Dec. 26th, and the delivery & installation team was outstanding. They even showed up slightly earlier than scheduled after calling ahead to find out if that was okay. They were courteous, efficient, informative, made sure everything was working, and represented Best Buy very well.
