    Worked well for 2.5 years but not now

    Fridge worked fairly well, seems like it struggled to keep things cold but to be fair it is in our insulated garage. The compressor is now having problems 2.5 years after purchasing it and it is not covered by warranty.

    We had 2 LG fridges in our house, one the house came with and this one we bought. The other was a bigger fridge with French doors that we replaced this year because the freezer died. This one is being replaced very soon because the refrigerator died. I've had many fridges over the years but never 1 brand with 2 issues in the same year. I won't be buying an LG fridge ever again.

    Not worth the money

    As much as I love LG, this refrigerator is not worth the money. I know you get what you pay for, but this was suppose to be a garage fridge, so I didn’t need a fridge that has all the bells and whistles. After our first grocery hall for the fridge, we found out that the freezer was not freezing and the fridge area was not keeping the food cold. We called Best Buy and was able to swap out the fridge for another brand that is a little step up and now are happy. I don’t expect much from a cheaper refrigerator, but for it to just work as it’s suppose to is not asking much.

    Waiting waiting and waiting to get this fixed

    After waiting a month to have delivery of the refrigerator, the time slot went from 7:00 to 7:00 p.m., finally changed 2:30 to 7:00 p.m. the very efficient man that delivered the refrigerator were great. In order to get the refrigerator through the door, the doors on the refrigerator had to be removed which was okay because I was going to reverse them. They told me that they could handle that. An hour later, the doors had not been put on because the hardware on the doors did not line up with the holes on the refrigerator once you switch the doors! Now I'm waiting 3 days for an appointment from 12:30 to 7:00 p.m. for a repairman. The refrigerator is the problem, the delivery crew were fantastic

    Great product, but best buy could not provide with the ice maker, after many schedules and calls. It has been a year and they have not installed it yet. Still waiting for refund.

    Stopped working 4 days after delivery. Ruined food in the fridge and freezer! Everything melted in the freezer. What a mess to clean up! The groceries lost equaled the cost of the appliance. Positive of the ordeal…Beer was saved!

    Broken Fridge

    Nice fridge, but it didn’t work. I had to wait over a week and a half for someone to & look at the fridge for 5 minutes. Then had to wait another week with a broken fridge for Best Buy to tell me I had to wait till August for replacement. So I sent the fridge back & had to go somewhere else to buy a fridge.

    Refrigerator is constantly sending out freezer fan code errors, even after replacing PCB board, fan motor, and the controller thermocouples. Seems pretty wild that a fridge thats less than 2 years old is having these constant problems. Of course warranties are only so long, so to have a tech diagnose the problem would cost about as much as the fridge is worth.

    Cheaply made and over priced.

    It should have one more shelf, otherwise the gap is too wide and a waste of space. The fridge is cheaply made and basic, like most refrigerators. I feel cheated, it should have cost $100 less than what they charge. I like the fact that it does not have handles that stick out. It saves space and you do not have to worry about the coming off, as this usually happens with these cheaply built garage.

    The Refrigerator was purchased 11/22/2023. A delivery date of 12/11/2023 was provided. The delivery date has been revised to 1/15/2024. This is 2 months after the purchase date. As you can see, we can't give you an evaluation when we don't have the Refrigerator and we don't know if or when it is to arrive,

    The worst experience ever with the delivery guys! They said they couldn’t deliver it because they couldn’t find parking. I asked them to look for parking just around the corner because I needed my fridge they didn’t care and said that I needed to reschedule! Lazy delivery drivers

    It's a piece of junk, and I knew it when I bought it, but it was an emergency purchase. Freezer door trays are not enclosed, so small or narrow items fall through and trays overall are not "quality" plastic. It's also noisy. Poorly designed. I'm in the process of returning it and have ordered an LG to replace it.

    The front of the refrigerator is not stainless steel. Try putting a refrigerator magnet on it. It is difficult to find things in the refrigerator since everything besides the top shelf is below eye level, and is impossible to see.

    I think the quality of this refrigerator is very poor. when you close not slam the refrigerator door the freezer door pops open and when you close not slam the freezer door the refrigerator door pops open. no I would not recommend this refrigerator.
