I am happy with the overall appearance and performance. MY disappointment was when the refrigerator was delivered, it only dispenses water through the door. NO ICE IN THE DOOR. I am heartbroken I made a purchase and did not receive all of the features I had entered into the columns. So, now I live with a product that did not fulfill all of my requests.

I do not like the top of the refrigerator, where a good part of it you can't use. It doesn't show in the pictures. It should be even or close to being flat, not cockeyed. . I do not like that I can't use my magnets on the front.

The refrigerator after being installed did not cool properly and was told that I needed to reach out to LG to have it fixed. after several weeks and still not fixed we are waiting for a new compressor, the repair man said that some one had worked on it already and I was not told about this issue. Thought I was buying a working refrigerator and that it had just cosmetic issues.

We could’ve gotten a bigger size and after being hooked up and waiting for the icemaker to freeze the ice, the icemaker did not work and we had to wait a week to get it fixed

There is one shelf on each door which accommodates tall pitchers and jugs. If I have more than 4, they have to lie down or I must remove a shelf. I do wish that it was fingerprint resistant. Otherwise, this fits our family of 4 just fine.
