    Buyer Best Beware

    This item and one other never got delivered. Delivery was slated by 2 pm but I received no updates until 7 pm when I got a phone call from their third party delivery company that their truck had broken down and I would need to call Best Buy to reschedule. Fun fact - Best Buy doesn't answer their phones. They have zero customer service that isn't AI. After many annoying days trying to get this straightened out, I finally went back to the store and asked for a refund. Fun fact 2 - Best Buy doesn't issue refunds until the product you paid has been retuned to them by their third party delivery/install company- and that third party with the broken down truck is allowed three days to return the already paid for items. All in all my experience was worse than bad. I ended up at Big Sandy where they sold me the exact same products, matched the Best Buy price on one item and beat the Best Buy price on the other, AND, they delivered and installed using their own staff AND arrived when they said they would.

    Love the stove, just not service from Best Buy

    The stove is fantastic, it was the service from Best Buy that deserves the POOR rating. We told them we needed it by a certain date and was promised they could DEFINITELY deliver it by that day. The day before it was to be delivered, I got email stating it was on back order and didn’t know when it could be delivered. We went to Lowe’s and got SAME EXACT stove and it was promised in 2 days. It WAS delivered and earlier than the time frame so that was an extra bonus!
