I was greatly inconvenienced and i constantly reached out to them since their management failed to reach out to me on multiple occasions. Customer service mostly provided me with false information. Instore employee was creepy and overly fixated on females. I will not shop at best buy again.

Best Buy once again disappoints! Surprise Surprise

I WOULD NOT know hownit works cause yet again Best Buy has messed up delivery and installation. I first completed my purchase in the end of June. It is not July and my delivery has been rescheduled 2 times and yet again I get a call last night about them. CANCELING my delivery for today and rescheduling it for now the 25th. SMH no one at Best Buy actually cares best no one is held accountable for how they mess up their orders and waste customer time.

Disappointing

The scheduling of the installation and haul away was a nightmare. Rescheduled 4 times. When the installer came ( did a fabulous job), he could not haul the old stove away. Not on the work order!! And no room. I paid for it and it is sitting in my driveway for over a week! No one will call me back when I am even able to leave a message! Come on Best Buy - DO BETTER

We haven’t used the self cleaning feature yet. Replaced a double oven stove/oven combo that was not worth repairing.
