    After 10 days, I Tried to exchange older model for newer one. Had to call customer service and of course they didn’t add the 5 year warranty I paid and charged for. They claimed that they will add in after delivery and install. I have worked with Best Buy long enough to know they WILL NOT ADD WARRANTY, after delivery and install. Have to request complete refund.

    Solidly built. High intensity front burners are really great. I especially light that the control nobs for the burner light up when in use. Very quiet oven fan.

    Pluses: The variety of burner sizes for different pans. Small pan burners are at the back near the wall and large burners at the front. The oven has a proofing option that works well. Negatives: The grill burner heats the grill pan unevenly with a hot center and cool ends and sends splatters across the burner surface. Range top needs to be deep cleaning every day.

    We replaced a 7 yr old Samsung range and this LG works much better. Oven temp and timing is more accurate. The large BTU burner on stove is a nice touch.
