    Love the double oven and the ThinQ app! Also purchased an LG microwave. The ThinQ app allows me to connect the two so when I turn on a burner, the light and fan automatically turn on overhead. LOVE!!

    The knobs will turn on with the slightest touch. Brush up against them an the burner is on. This stove is a fire hazzard.

      Hi, Yvette. Thank you for reaching out, and we understand the importance of having your LG Range (LTEL7337D) model operate safely and confidently in your home. One helpful step is to activate the built‑in Lock function, which helps prevent accidental activation when the cooktop isn’t in use. You can enable this by pressing and holding the Lock button on the control panel until the indicator appears. This disables the cooktop controls until you unlock it again.

      Another helpful step is to check that the knobs are fully seated on their valve stems. If a knob isn’t pushed in all the way, it may rotate more freely than intended.
