Bought this for my son’s 16th Birthday and he loves being able to play CD’s, radio or Bluetooth from his phone. Has great sound, very clear and loud!

Was pleasantly happy with the purchase of my new sound system until I got home and realized that I didn’t get the sale price. What happened?

This thing puts out better sound than I expected, it was priced right on a Black Friday sale, and a perfect fit for use in my garage!

I purchased this stereo on sale for my garage. If I had purchased it for my home I would be very disappointed the radio reception is so so and the volume doesn't go very loud.

Don't really care for the red, but not much selection in bookshelf systems anymore. Tested, seems to work fine. Will know more when we put it in house to use.

Love the sound and the bass it has. The price is about right for this product and will be buying this product in the future.

I have a 50 watt Sony system that is about the same size as this system, and I can definitely hear the difference 300 watts makes. This system would have no trouble replacing a full-sized system when it comes to sound output. I had it to 20 and it was crystal clear with lots of bass and it was shaking the walls. I'm honestly not sure how high the volume goes, but at 20 I didn't even feel like I was pushing it, so I think there is a good bit left. This stereo has a unique feature that I've not seen before. It has 2 USB inputs for playing MP3, which you can switch between with the remote. It also has a record to USB feature, which is pretty slick! It works with CD and the radio, and will make MP3 recordings of either, that you can then playback from the USB stick. It reminded me of cassette recording off the radio back in the day except with way better sound quality and much slicker capability! The Bluetooth connection worked great from both iOS on my iPad, and from my Android phone. There is an app you can download for Android only it appears which allows you to control the stereo from the app on your Android device. It was pretty decent, and had a music player for MP3's. It would be nice if it integrated with some music services right in the app, but it's pretty easy to just switch to your favorite music app once you have the Bluetooth paired. I had trouble pairing more than one device at a time to the unit, but it's supposed to have a party mode so it can pull songs from multiple sources. An HDMI port would be a nice convenience, but with an optical input and Bluetooth connecting to a TV is pretty straight-forward. There are lots of EQ selections to adjust the sound however you prefer. I prefer lots of Bass, and the Bass Boost EQ setting didn't disappoint! For the price and especially when it's on sale, it's hard to go wrong with this stereo. I would definitely recommend it to a friend!

This stereo system was really easy to set up. It is small enough to fit on a shelf, and the speakers have a nice sound to them. Connecting my phone via bluetooth was simple enough,. It's odd to me in this day and age to have a CD player, but that worked fine (once I dug some CD's out of storage to check out). And the USB port lets me play music files off of a flash drive (the LCD display showing the file name makes choosing the right song pretty handy). There's only room for one other audio input. I guess even turntables have bluetooth streaming capabilities these days, and nobody owns a tape deck anymore, so unless you've really got a hankering to connect both a tv and an older record player to this, like in a dorm room (which this would be perfect for), you'll have to find some kind of splitter. Not enough of an issue to take off a star, this is a really excellent smaller audio system.
