    Poor picture Quality even after trying everything in settings & for the most I tightened the screws on the legs to keep the tv standing they were still lose

    Erratic wifi

    Had this TV for several days before I exchanged it for a Samsung of the same size. It would not hold onto the wifi signal. Every time I wanted to stream a show I had to keep entering my wifi password -- annoying to say the least! Also, the picture seemed somewhat washed out and adjusting the contrast/brightness did not help. Too bad, I bought this brand because I have a larger screen (65 inch) LG that is really great. I have had no such problems with the Samsung.

    Best Buy ordered and paid for Black but received White. Picture quality much darker and there's no way to adjust it.

    Our ten year old kitchen TV gave out and after looking at a sparse field of 32" TV's we decided to try this LG 32". Having 1080 was not important to me and I thought hat 720 would be fine for a small TV. I read other reviews that said that the picture could be hard to see from and angle but several other reviews said that they liked the TV and we decided to try it. We unboxed the TV and put it on our wall stand for kitchen use and immediately noticed a dull picture. The picture is hard to see from and angle and since this is a kitchen TV we are not always in the same spot while preparing meals. I made a quick decision and took the TV down and got back on the BB website. We paid a little bit more for a major competing brand and it does have 1080 and we are very happy. Sorry LG.

    Picture quality is bad

    I wanted a white 32 inch tv with a decent picture. This TV was not good at all. The border is very thick. Looks like it belongs in a hospital. The picture quality was fuzzy and dull. I returned this Tv and bought a TCL 32inc.

    The tv itself is nice ! But , the reviews were CORRECT !!!! It’s too dark . That’s really the ONLY !!! Thing WRONG !!!! Eeeek !!! With this SMART TV . NOT SO SMART !!! LG FIX THIS PROBLEM ... BECAUSE I’M THINKING OF RETURNING IT !!!

    Don't expect much from this cheap tv. If you lose the remote it came with, there is no other way to control the tv. Which I wish I knew before buying the tv. Picture quality isn't the greatest either.

    Tv was going to be used as a web interface. Although after being told it would work, it does not for the application I was looking to use. Bad information given.

    Cracked Screen

    We got the TV to my sons college in Happy Valley and it was not a happy day. A TV in a brand new unopened box had a totally cracked LCD screen. No best buys in State College, so I trashed it and went to Walmart and got a Vizio. There is no way I cracked it since it moved from Store to Car to Dorm Room in an unopened box. My fault for not checking first, but $199 out the window

    Not happy with WiFi

    Serious issues in recognizing my WiFi, even if the modem is next to the tv. Frustrating to set up the WiFi every 2 days at the point that I don’t even use it for WiFi anymore. Had to put an Apple TV to stream Netflix, YouTube, etc. I bought it for my daughter’s room so she can steam movies. Not happy.
