    Good little TV but one of the selling points was that it can be controlled by Alexa. No one can tell me how to do this and so far I have not been able to access Alexa that is so clearly stated as a feature. I have contacted Best Buy several times online and in person for help but still no one has any idea how to do it. If Alexa control is something you need, do not expect that you will actually be able use it.
