Remember you get what you pay for and there are more expensive and much, much better quality flat screens out there. Vince Avenatti

2.4 GHz is not what you want

If you have an Eero router, you can temporarily pause the 5 ghz and allow the TV to connect to 2.4 Ghz. We are still experiencing issues with this so will call Geek Squad. I wish I had thought about this detail before I purchased it, but I only realized the issue after the return date. So it's an irksome weird tech decision by LG, but here we are.

DELIVERY IS NOT GOOD

Very disappointed

This is the most difficult TV I have ever owned it is not user friendly, not compatible with ROKU as all the others are, and I am still trying to figure out how to add streaming channels. I would never recommend another LG if this is the direction the TV s are moving.

Horrible exchange policy

The tv sat there because it was a gift. So we never opened it. And since we finally opened it a month after it arrived BESTBUY won't exchange the product. So now I have to buy a new tv when the tv I purchased was damaged during delivery. I plan on never doing business with BESTBUY again. I will be canceling my BESTBUY credit card and rather do business elsewhere if this is how they treat their customers. This is unbelievable.

No good

No good... very sad about this TV. the LG app store doesn't have a lot of newer tv apps. couldn't watch Xfinity or peacock. Really sad that LG tries to promote that its compatible but after weeks of trouble shooting with LG and the respective apps, could never get solution.
