    This has absolutely nothing to do with the men who can to help me. BUT!!! & it is a BIG BUT! To start, I made an in store appointment with a Geek Squad Member...(I waited 2 weeks for this appointment). Despite a text from Best Buy confirming the appointment (which I was early for), No one from the Geek Squad was available...So I bought a TV & two mounts. I made an appointment 3 weeks out for the Geek Squad to install it...No Squad & the wrong mount! I

    Bought the t v. Had to use wheelchair to shop I believe it was a child’s chair and could not get out ken said he would have it repacked I could not get out and employees just stood around watching me struggle my son had to ask them to help the locks on wheel chair didn’t work I ended up pulling my shoulder and twisting my back you employees are not helpful at all sorry but your rating is 0. And I would not recommend anyone to. Shop this store

    I had the hardest time hooking it up to anything. It won't hook up to my Google or my Netflix. I'm returning it and getting another Samsung. I didn't have any issues hooking it up with any of my accounts. I bought a smart TV to hook my accounts to and this one won't. I even have a tech that hooks up things to look at it and said it weird it's not hooking up to anything. If you the internet part then don't buy..

    Difficult set up and still doesn’t work

    Extremely difficult to set up with WiFi. Still won’t connect. I had to buy an Apple TV just to get it to work ASAP during quarantine. It wasn’t like I could go to the store and return it. Not happy.

    While watching TV the screen froze. I wasn’t able to get the TV to work so I took it to the Geek Squad and was told the TV was broken. There was a line across the screen. The TV was not dropped or damaged it just broke. I’ve always heard LG TVs are a wonderful product but I will never buy another one again.

    I bought this for their opened box. The screen came cracked in the box. I returned the item and was promptly refunded with no problems. I would not recommend opened boxed items.

    disappointed , though the price was reasonable there is a flaw in the picture screen you can see i'll keep the tv but i believe when you sell used products there should be full honest disclosure and you guys did NOT do that !!!

    TV picture had halo in it. Only available product was open box and we were assured it was new quality. It seems we were sold a defective product that somebody else had returned.

    The picture color was either too bright or too dark. I tried all available settings. It probably is just a sample problem, Consumer Reports rates it high and my other LG is very good.

    Cannot download User Agreement to use the smart TV

    I am not happy with this purchase. In order to use Smart TV features you must agree to user agreement but there is an error when trying to download the agreement.

    I never got this TV. It was damaged during transit and my money was refunded. They were out of stock so I had to purchase a different brand.

    I had high hopes for this LG TV. However, after a few days of poor sound and picture quality, I took it back and purchased a Samsung QLED.

    Apps were constantly crashing. Returned item... I did enjoy the WebOS. More brands should offer WebOS with there TVs.

    I am starting to believe it’s not a durable product because both tv’s have arrived broken. You could not tell till you turned it on.
