However, the remote was designed by someone with very low common sense, just horrible design. Constant Wi-Fi disconnect problems even though I have 4 eero pro devices.

Very Complicated to Use and Doesn't Have Peacock

Guess what? It's not. This TV takes too long to load the apps--it's very slow for what I am used to. Also, all the apps, channels and the remote are BEYOND complicated--and I consider myself a "techie." I am so mad this purchase and advise others not to buy this TV.

We simply do not have the time to return it and watch it only until we fall asleep. A lesson learned.

Not 'Smart", More like "Slow"

Xfinity and LG tout their sets work well for the Xfinity streaming app. The processor in this set can not handle it; tried wireless first, then direct to the router with a network cable. It struggles to process so badly it barely can handle it's own settings menu. It is not a "smart TV"; on the contrary, it's more of a "slow TV". If you enjoy lots of still framing, buffering, and loss of audio, you'll love this little set.
