User friendly interface, picture clairity is off the chain. The best feature is the HDR. There is no need to go into an app for iptv, the guide pops up just like cable. She loved it so much, that I purchased another for my guest bedroom. Next time I am going to go with 4K or higher. Im loving this product!!

It just so happened that it was on sale and what I was looking for. I love how easy it is to switch between TV, Netflix, YouTube, and the other apps. If you're looking for a Smart TV I would definitely recommend this brand whatever size you choose.

Then it started to sound like a background had a echoing sound...thought maybe it was because I didn't install in sound bar yet! As I can't afford another one, and since it took my In Home Giver (yes I am disabled) awhile to hook it up, I thought that might be the problem, but NOPE!!! Sad thing is am almost able to ignore/get used to it, but am HIGHLY disappointed!!! Sucks I am unable to return it for a new one, but as I described before, it took awhile to be set up, then I threw away ALL packaging, not the smartest move I have made! But thinking you are getting what you ordered, makes it sad that without that packaging you are stuck with something you are NOT satisfied with!!! In any case, take your chances, and truly hope you have a better experience then I did, and still do. Please SAVE your packaging, thus you have the same issue that I have.

The screen is sharp and clean from all angles. Sound is clear and plenty loud without a sound bar. Also, when using closed captioning, the words are to the bottom of the screen, not blocking the screen like many other TVs. Couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.
