    Really, really wanted this tv to work because it's white, looks great, and fits the decor of the room I bought it for. I have 20+ devices in my home that all connect easily to my wifi network. For some reason, this tv had a hard time connecting to the network, and when it did it couldn't hold the connection well and also required I re-connect and enter a password every single time it was turned off and then on again. Did some research, made setting adjustments (changed location from "set automatically" to USA and disabled "quick start"). Didn't help. Figured I had a dud, so packed it up and exchanged for the same tv and tried the process all over again. Same result. Called LG customer support and spend 2+ hours on the phone as they attempted to diagnose the issue and fix. Nothing helped. Even tried reserving an IP address on my router for this tv. What a major pain in the butt. Packed up the second tv, exchanged it for a Samsung, and it works perfectly.. the way setting up a network connection on a tv should work. Internet research suggests LG has a known issue with network connection. Good grief what a headache and waste of time.

    Big issues with HDMI cable not working with TV box

    I bought this LG 32 inch TV and did not pay for the Geek Squad service, but I am having a problem and I am not sure if it's the TV or my cable provider. In August, I called Frontier cable because I couldn't get any sound after hooking up a new Frontier remote. Customer service tied everything but nothing worked. Then I changed out the HDMI cable and it worked. They send me a new wifi cable box anyway and I hooked it up once I received it a few days later. Since October, I have had to replace the HDMI cable 4x (today being the 4th time) because I have gotten the "no signal" error on my TV every time. Frontier is sending me a new wifi cable box again, but I am wondering if it's the TV. I have even used a different HDMI output and I will still lose the signal. The only way to fix it is with a new HDMI cable. This problem is happening more frequently each time. It's only been 3 weeks since I changed out the cable. I have a Roku device hooked up to the TV and when I use that I never have any problems. I do watch cable much more than streaming. I don't want to keep spending money on HDMI cables, plus it's a pain. Do you have any ideas what the problem is? I don't really want to buy a new TV. I had my old LG TV for eleven years and never changed the HDMI cable. .

    eh...not great. Roku not compatible. Wifi connection spotty. sound and picture quality are good.

    Good TV for smaller area. Not in the high end range, but it works well for the money. Does have a white case and gray face which is a bit unusual for most TVs.

    Letters on tv too small, not worth your money. Can't read letters on tv. Otherwise beautiful pic resolution

    TV Will not connect to WiFi - DO NOT BUY!

    I began setup of the new TV and tried connecting it to WiFi at least 5 times and kept getting an “unable to connect to access point error”. I followed instructions on YouTube links to see what the issue might be. I reset my brand new eero pro router 6 router just to be certain as well as unplugged the tv and ultimately did a factory reset on the TV. The WiFi still does not work. Now i have to lug this thing back to a Best Buy store. It did look like that the tv had been opened once before potentially. Do not buy this TV!!!!

    Horrible all the way around. The rep at store said it was an awesome TV for our room. I absolutely hate everything about it! Can’t even see anything on the remote in the dark we have to turn the light on our phone.

    This LG smart television was okay, but I had problems with the volume control on it. I had to keep it turned way up to 75 before I could really hear the programs
