It turns on, it turns off, it plays videos, tv shows, etc. The picture is a bit grainy, but mostly it's just fine. I paid $89 for it. At, that price, I have no complaints.

I used it for both as monitor and with Roku stick. Hard to tell if the tv is on sometimes because of the delay when turn on
