The sound quality was terrible! Once I ran the sound test, it worked, but after the setup was complete, you were only able to hear it once the level was at 96-100. Worst experience ever with LG. It’s impossible to reach customer service so I returned the tv.

do not buy any off does plans, my tv is broken and i get no help even when i bought total tech protection and protection plan.
there excuse is software but its clearly not, so if this was truth then it needs to be fix by the total tech but its not.
total garbage and no help, costumer service is none, i keep calling and no one moves but guess what best buy, i will no longer buy anything from u, and i will steer anybody away.

LG 32" Class LED HDTV + bad HDMI ports

We stream tv and movies using an Apple TV 4K, hooked up to either a Samsung or Toshiba tv, with no problems. The setup seemed easy enough but the setup assistant could not find the Apple TV. I tried both HDMI ports and two cables, but, it just did not recognize the device. Thinking it might be a bad cable, I switched the Apple TV back to the old Toshiba, turned on the tv and all was fine. I can only assume that the ports are bad but there was very little documentation for troubleshooting and I couldn't find anything about HDMI input on the screen itself. Might just be a lemon but I don't want to take another chance.

Simple review it's a tiny tv and cheap do not use for a monitor I replaced it in three days after purchase. It works good for a small tv in my camp trailer now.

Instructions were hard to understand, It took a long time to figure out how to program the tv to my cable. I don't like it when the tv talks to you, she talks too loud. Still have not learned how to adjust it.

Though they are hard to see except when the entire screen is one color, there are 2 distinct bands of darker color across the screen. I'll be exchanging this one.

I have this tv in a bigger size and wanted a smaller one but then got it and it’s the exact same just not a smart tv like the bigger one I have. Very disappointed

I ordered this and the screen arrived cracked with glass all over. I returned it and hopefully my replacement comes in good condition

In my opinion, the product rating of SATISFACTORY was incorrect (missing remote and TV stands, which in my opinion are key components for the product to work properly). bestbuy allowed me to return, but it cost my time to drive to west carmel to pick-up and then return the item. Ended up buying the full price item which I would have done initially if I had know that both the TV stand legs and remote were missing.

Sound is dreadful... have to put it up to 100 and still struggle to hear and I'm not deaf. I think it's faulty. Contacted Best Buy but were no help. Replaced with a Samsung model which is fantastic... Avoid this one. shouldn't have to replace a 3 week old tv but felt I had no other option, poor service from Best Buy.

After being without a television for many years, I decided to try this item. I purchased this item six weeks ago. It is no longer returnable and it no longer powers on. Didn't buy extended warranty as I just thought that it would last more than six weeks. Highly disappointed.
