Defect found when cable tech hooked up TV and called reynoldsburg Best Buy 5 times. No answer at Best Buy. Horrible customer service experience. Plans are to call LG to complain. What can Best Buydo to correct this defect?

Can't give a honest review Ibought it then saw a 32 TLC with Roku for 30.00 more and my family likes the Roku installed . We have a Roku stick but only 2 HDMI slots on LG and don't leave much room for xbox dvd switch after Roku stick takes one HDMI.

Item was on clearance, purchased at curb side, rude attendant yelling at me to stay in car, placed it in my trunk and told me to drive away, got home TV missing manual and remote......worst experience.

This TV was very wobbly on the very small stands that came with it I would not feel safe having this TV on a TV stand with little kids I would not recommend it
