Customers often highlight the excellent picture quality and affordable price of the 32" Class LED HD TV. Many users are pleased with its easy setup process and find the size to be suitable for smaller spaces. While some customers appreciate that it is not a smart TV, others express frustration with the lack of channel number buttons on the remote control and the louder volume compared to other TVs of similar size.

Excellent basic TV! Love it!

Found this on sale for $109.99 + tax. What?! A top brand 32 inch for that little??? I'll take it! Ok, first & foremost I call this above a basic TV not in that it's lacking features, just that it's quite simply NOT a smart TV. So if you want or need a smart TV then this is not for you. However if you already have Roku or a Firestick or simply don't care about smart features (like me) then this is flat out the best bang for the buck by far! Full component inputs (many just have basic composite inputs), 2 HDMI inputs and a respectable size remote. Not huge buttons, but likely adequate for most. Setup is a breeze. Just unbox it, add 4 screws for the legs (unless it's going on your wall), annoying "new" tape peels off effortlessly, then just scan channels if like me you're using an antenna. I paired this with a quality RCA amplified antenna and got literally dozens of local channels, and between that and a LG DVD player also got for this TV all at Best Buy a nice new bedroom setup is well under $200 out the door. Absolutely recommend unless you're after a smart model.

I always liked LG, but this and my Stylo 5 made me love them. I went with this cause I was looking for a well known & trusted brand at a low cost. Was the same price of $109.99 + tax when I bought it nearly 4 months ago as the time I'm writing this review. It's probably of note to some that if you need a smart model this isn't for you, but LG has smart models available for a similar price depending on when & where you get them. I never use smart features and don't care for how their frequently paired with a small Roku or Firestick remote. The one here feels like a remote should. The sound could be better but is at the same time adequate, you'll just need to adjust it when gaming vs TV & movies, but this is true of many TV's so I take nothing away for that. I wouldn't mind having 3 HDMI inputs instead of 2, but I recognize this is a very basic & entry level TV. This will get upgraded around Black Friday, but due solely to wanting a bigger TV and a 4K model. I'll definitely be getting another LG TV when that time comes. Honestly every LG product I've had is definitely in the top tier of quality products. I don't just recommend this TV, I recommend LG for any electronics needs.

The perfect "basic" TV!

I bought this TV on Cyber Monday for $90 for my bedroom to upgrade from my old, bulky one. It is exactly what I hoped for. No wifi or apps or anything "smart" about it. It's perfect for those that want a basic TV without anything fancy. Perfect for hooking up a Roku, or Fire Stick. Only 720p, but that's all I really need for it's level of use, and the size of the screen doesn't need to be higher resolution to be good quality picture. And it comes with a REAL remote. No stupid phone app that doesn't work half the time.

I bought the 32 inch LG flat screen on December 11 2019. I originally saw it advertised for $99.99 around Black Friday. Today it was only $89.99. Non smart tv, but the picture is great for the price. If you want a regular tv at a good price, this is the one.

So it’s not a smart TV, so what? Having found one of the top brands for only $89.99 is plenty in of itself. Plus I never use never use smart features anyway. It’s still a feature packed TV with 2 HDMI inputs, component inputs and a nice size remote. For the price you might expect a small or lesser quality brand, being LG just makes an ok deal great. Of course only time will tell in terms of how long it’ll last, but coming from a brand such as LG I have no doubts there. Absolutely recommend unless you’re determined to get a smart TV.

We purchased the TV as AT&T / DISH NETWORK TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE THEM THREE MONTHS TO REPLACE THE OUT DATED DISH SO MY MOM COULD WATCH TV. HER TUBE TV WAS STILL WORKING PURCHASED CIRCA 1998 AT BEST BUY. BUT it was finally time to upgrade. The great young lady who helped us went out her way to provide above and beyond customer service. This was Willowbrook store in Houston, TX. On May 6, 2020 about 4:30 pm.
My mom loves it.

I'm not asking for much. I just wanted this to be an external monitor. I tried LG chat support and I tried LG Phone support. Both were worthless. They had the worst support I have ever tried. Anything should be plug and play these days. I don't understand this. I guess it is so cheap for a reason. Do not use this as a monitor.
