Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv is ok nothing special really. I made the purchase for my Granny because it was supposed to be older adult user friendly but she still has to use two remotes and the color is not very good. I normally am pleased with LG products but this time not so much.

Hard to get started
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG requires too much information to get the tv working. This is an inexpensive TV, why do they need my Birthdate!!

Apple Air Play Connectivity Issues
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So what should I expect for $149? Probably not a lot!! The color is meh, but the super annoying issue, it has an extremely difficult time trying to connect to Apple Air Play or even the screen mirroring. It sometimes can take up to 20 minutes to get it to work. LG customer service was a waste of time too. They couldn’t get it to work and kept asking if I was no the right network. Dude I have ONE network connection for my home….I had to tell him this at least 5 times. I contemplated returning it and getting Samsung (we have one in another bedroom with NO connectivity issues). I just don’t think it’s worth my time.

Good for Disney, not Prime!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't care for this model. Unfortunately, it did not let me put Netflix and Prime on. It already came with Hulu and Disney. Not crazy for those two, so I ended up exchanging it.

Posted .Hi, Lorraine. Thank you for reaching out. We understand the importance of having your LG TV (32LR655BPUA) model set up correctly. If you can't access certain menu items, it might be due to the TV being in Store Mode or having a Safety Lock enabled. To resolve this, follow these steps:

Find Additional Settings and set Home/Store Mode to Home Mode.
Also, check the Safety settings to ensure no menu locks are active. Posted .Hi, Jack. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG Monitor (32LR655BPUA) model. We understand how important it is to have a TV that provides smooth app navigation and quick connectivity, and we’re here to assist. we strive to provide reliable, high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations. For the slower app performance, we recommend clearing the TV’s cache to optimize speed: Go to Settings > Apps > Select the app and clear the cache.
Ensure the TV's software is up to date by checking under Settings > Support > Software Update. For guidance, you may visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-update-an-lg-smart-tv--1430510575535. Regarding the 2.5GHz WiFi, while this frequency is sufficient for most streaming, it can experience slower speeds in environments with many devices or interference. If possible, try using an Ethernet cable for a more stable and faster connection.
If these steps don’t improve the performance or if you’d like further assistance, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport. We're here to help explore additional solutions tailored to your needs. ^Juvy

Posted .Hello there, MaryZ. Thank you for sharing your experience with your 32LR655BPUA TV. We understand your inquiry regarding the factory color settings and adjusting them to your preference. Your feedback is important, and we'd like to assist you further.
LG TVs offer various picture modes and advanced settings that allow for detailed color adjustments to achieve a more natural look. Choosing a "Cinema" or "Filmmaker Mode" preset often provides a more balanced and natural color representation.
