Only caveat is like many things you buy today, it's heavy on trying to get you to upgrade - an over 80-year-old is using the TV and doesn't want or need the bells and whistles. Would be better to give an easy way out of the ads/commercials.

And the remote design is just bad but overall good for the price.

What happened to the good ole customer service? Going to find something in the back of the store is what the employees are supposed to do, right? Not say they don’t want to go looking for the part.

Only reason i gave 4 stars rather than 5 is thay the remote is a bit clunky and large. To many buttons for my liking but that coukd jsut be personal preference. You wont be disappointed with the quality.

Easy to put together but the electronic set up took a while to figure out. Overall we're very happy!
