I’m very happy with my LG Smart TV. The picture quality is excellent — sharp, bright, and with great colors. The smart features work smoothly, and the interface is easy to use and responsive. Apps load quickly, streaming quality is solid, and the overall performance has been reliable. Setup was simple, and the TV feels well-built and modern.

This TV is a "big brother" to an excellent 27" Full HD LG set I bought about a year ago. I am disappointed with this 32" LG set for 2 reasons. 1. The picture out of the box was washed out and low color. I needed to adjust it. 2. I use an Amazon FireTV Stick for the majority of my viewing, and want the set to wake up using its input instead of the default WebOS. I have tried changing the Universal Control Settings to select the FireTV's HDMI 1 input, but I get an error message stating this feature is only available with the Magic Remote, which is not included with the set. I need to change the input manually, either with the set's remote or with the FireTV voice command. I am considering buying the Magic Remote, which is an extra cost I had not planned on.

Television is fine and great picture - the smaller models are being lost and you don't always need to cover the wall, so this works great where we need it. Only caveat is like many things you buy today, it's heavy on trying to get you to upgrade - an over 80-year-old is using the TV and doesn't want or need the bells and whistles. Would be better to give an easy way out of the ads/commercials.

At first, I was concerned about the light screen and pale color. Now that it is dialed in, I am very happy. No complaint now!

1. Annoying remote 2. Annoying LG software interface 3. Took forever to download streaming apps. Shouldn't that be easy? 4. Plus side: picture is pretty good 5. Is there a better TV this size that Best Buy could have for sale??

I like this particular TV, because I don't have cable and it was pretty easy to set up and I don't have to search for the channel everytime I turn on the TV. The last TV I bought everytime I turned off the TV when I turned it back on I had to search through the channels, because it didn't even come on to the last channel I was watching.

The TV has a good picture, the apps work good, good speed but the Home screen UI covers the entire screen & no option to have it at the bottom of the screen like the older versions. And the remote design is just bad but overall good for the price.
