    Very good picture, okay sound. Good value. The operating system leaves something to be desired. Slow and the interface is not very user friendly. But these are not deal busters.

    Great TV, nice picture. Only complaint is the remote. It seems dated and would be great if it were backlit.

    Set-up not as easy as Roku. BUT I purchased product protection and now Best Buy says they don't carry the remote - that I should buy it and they will reimburse me. They do carry it - it's on their website and in-stock.
