Love it! I have the same TV for the Living Room. When the bedroom TV started to fail I bought another LG 32 LR65 to replace it.

Crisper picture than my previous " TV that had a 1040P display with much better black tones, however perhaps my eyes are going as the picture doesn't quite pop. Maybe that's because my main TV is an OLED.

This LG TV is OK not wow!! So it was open box, It has a dot in the middle of the screen when the picture shows, should have spent 50 dollars more to get a new one but I was being cheap, and just too lazy to hurl this thing back to the store and exchange. So its in my kitchen, I will use it for now till it dies.

Hi, Vivian. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the LG TV (32LR655BPUA) model. We understand the importance of having a clear and flawless picture. To check if the dot on your screen can be improved through calibration, try this pixel cleaning step:

Go to Settings > All Settings > Support > OLED Care (or Panel Care / Picture Test based on your firmware version).

Run the Pixel Cleaning or Screen Self-Diagnosis feature to potentially fix minor sub-pixel stuck issues that show as small dots on the display. For more guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-lines-spots-dots-on-screen--20154861584743. We’d be glad to take a closer look at this with you. Good TV at a good cost. We've used LG tv's for years without issues. They're not the best (the OS has some sketchy interfaces), but they do a solid job and have been dependable for us.

Set-up not as easy as Roku. BUT I purchased product protection and now Best Buy says they don't carry the remote - that I should buy it and they will reimburse me. They do carry it - it's on their website and in-stock.

Defective Infrared + UNHELPFUL Customer Service!

Do NOT purchase this TV. It’s a LEMON! Buy your product elsewhere! Even though we have done countless years of business and personal shopping at Best Buy they are refusing to help us with the TV that is not communicating correctly with the remote. We returned to the store and BEST BUY made us buy a new remote. We brought it home and it just PROVED that it is the tv INFRARED that is DEFECTIVE. The BB staff won’t help us take any steps to rectify this defective TV—that is NEW and we’ve never been able to watch. We are BB members and within the 60 days. But no one cares. Next time we buy from Amazon with better customer service!

Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products and exceptional services to ensure a smooth experience.
