    Modernized Retro Gaming

This is the best modern tv for retro gaming (as long as you have HDMI adapters for your retro systems). Due to the lower Native Resolution (768p) the picture Qaulity looks amazing on my PS2, OG Xbox, Gamecube, PS3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Switch. None enhanced backwards compatible Xbox 360 games on Xbox Seris X|S or One consoles look amazing as well. I haven’t seen games from those past generations look this good in YEARS (Mostly because i’ve been playing them on 4k tvs which is way too high of a native resolution for these older game systems). It also Supports HDR so if you plug in your gaming Laptop or dock a PC Handheld like a ASUS ROG ALLY, they will work very well with HDR Settings on. LGs gaming mode also works great for all my gaming needs. I Highly recommend this TV for a very basic level gaming experience or retro gaming setup.

Love this little tv. One of the only models with a wider viewing angle. There are no really high quality 32 inch tv's, so this will do nicely.

LG 32 Inch Class Full Series with webOS23

"I love that this LG 32 Inch Class TV is HD and has upscaling, enhancing the overall viewing experience. It features a bezel-less design, which adds to its modern look. The TV is smart capable and doesn’t limit you to one specific connection method like Miracast or Apple AirPlay; it offers flexibility in how you connect devices, similar to a regular monitor. While it includes a couple of HDMI ports (three would have been nice), I appreciate that it comes with an antenna, which is standard for all TVs. Additionally, the detachable power cord and snap-in feet are nice touches that enhance usability. Overall, it's a fantastic purchase, and I would love to see LG and other manufacturers incorporate 4K TVs in smaller sizes, especially for tight spaces like small kitchens or trailers, as recommended by Best Buy. So far, it seems that Samsung is the only manufacturer that has offered 4K options in the 32-inch size, with two models available."

Can't help but compare this LG to my Samsung or even previous SONYs and do not find it comparable. Remote control is very complicated and TV picture is not as sharp. It works OK as a smaller TV for bedroom viewing but I do not think I'd purchase it for primary viewing in LR or den.

    Warning: No Typical Audio Output

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

When I replaced our smaller TV with this one, I was really bummed that it had no standard audio output. It does have an optical audio output, but now I have to go buy a new sound system and cable. I may just return it, partially out of protest. I bought this more expense TV because the picture looked better than others, but really, why did they have to be cheap about not providing this connector, especially on a more expensive TV !!!

    Doesn‘t work with Apple AirPlay—disappointing

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Our larger 55“ LG TV allows us to cast from phone to the tv using AirPlay; alas, this one does not seem to have that functionality. Our 10 year old Samsung TV worked easily for this. Also, the response time of the tv to the remote is excruciatingly slow and I had to download an app for my phone to control the tv. I think I will be returning this tv.

Hi, Waldi. Thank you for sharing your feedback on the LG TV (32LR655BPUA) model. We understand your concern about the lack of AirPlay functionality and the slow response time from the remote. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products and ensure a smooth experience. Regarding AirPlay, it’s possible that this specific model might not support it, as some smaller or more basic models may not include this feature. A horrible remote with many tiny unlabeled buttons and no instructions anywhere. Keeps pushing the LG proprietary tv channels. No voice control not withstanding what the description says. Not a keeper.

Hi, Camper. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We understand your concern about the remote for your LG TV (32LR655BPUA) model. We strive to provide a user-friendly remote, and we appreciate your feedback on the button layout and functionality. For the tiny unlabeled buttons, we recommend checking the user manual, which you can find online on the LG website, for detailed explanations of each button’s function. If you didn’t receive a physical manual, we’d be happy to send you a link to the digital version or help walk you through the controls. For guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-32LR655BPUA.AUS. Regarding the LG proprietary channels, this can often be managed by adjusting the settings under Live TV or Channel Management in the TV’s menu. If you need assistance, we can guide you through the steps. As for the voice control, if your TV is supposed to have voice control but it's not responding, it might be worth checking if the feature is properly activated. Some models may require setting up a compatible voice assistant like Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.

Please feel free to send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport, and we’ll help troubleshoot further or explore other solutions to improve your experience.
