A monitor for a computer must be able to present crisp and clean text on the screen. This looks like I've plugged in a TV to my laptop. It is NOT a computer monitor, even though they sell it as one. Videos and photos present well on it, but all text has shadows and fuzz. I've had the monitor for one day and already know I can't keep it. Eye strain is just too much. Too bad - the stand and the build quality is excellent. As a tv it's awesome, but if you do any document or text work or read a lot in your computer use (and yes, websites are included in that) the text will strain your eyes.

Garbage stand- monitor unleveled, tilts noticeably

The monitor can not stay leveled with the included stand, because somehow the stand tilts 1-2 degrees to one side. Also the monitor shakes so much when typing or at the slightest touch on the desk, there is zero shock absorption. Again I think it’s because the stand is so flimsy and poorly built. I have used dozens of other monitors and never encountered this issue. Extremely disappointed with this LG product and I would not recommend to anyone. Go with a Dell monitor, they are usually very good, or find something else sturdy / more appropriate for office work.
