The picture quality before this wasn't impressive but it worked as it was mainly for work and isn't demanding. I reached out to support and was told I'd need to ship the unit to them for repairs, that is just not possible when this is used for work, I will make sure to never purchase another LG product after this, as they do not stand behind their product at all.
