However, I didn't realize Best Buy does not deliver in my area. They instead use a third party delivery service. It was a horrible experience! They didn't read their instructions, damaged my back door and made me jump through a lot of hoops to MAYBE get my door fixed. Still waiting on the third party insurance agency.

So far, I'm quite pleased with the set up and size. The plastic veg/fruit drawers and door item holders seem a bit flimsy, but once filled with food items they seemed sturdier. The large, shallow meat/cheese drawer is quite roomy.

The only thing that I wish the center drawer at the bottom pulled out a bit more/didn't have the last sheild on top-- it's hard to grab the stuff in the back.

I had the first one 4 yrs and the rubber seals around the door came off and the ice had a chemical taste that wouldn’t go away so we couldn’t use the ice. I’m hoping this one is better because I really like the fridge.

The delivery people said they could not. Buy it somewhere else.

This one is everything needed, less expensive, and easier to use. It was also highly recommended in CR.

But, it makes very obnoxious loud noise. Top and bottom doors stick and the whole refrigerator comes forward when trying to open (very annoying). I am returning and upgrading to a better LG model. Not terrible but not great either.

Our payment is due today and we planned to pay in full but will not do so until this is resolved. If we don't get resolution soon we ask that you pick up this refrigerator and we will go elsewhere.

Only complaint is the freezer door can be a bit squeaky, but after going online to see how to fix, it seems this is a very common problem with bottom freezer fridges, so it is not specific to this brand or model. Would buy again!
