Delivery men were very careful and polite. The man who installed the unit explained all the functions and how often to exchange the filter. Everything performed well.

I got it on sale for $1,100 and got a $100 Best Buy card. It's Big, lots of room, and drawers and stuff. It does not have an electric motor. From what I understand a magnetic field turns the compressor just like a Rail Gun, lol, which means it takes less electricity. My wife Loves her new ice box.

Performance was great and I would have given it 5 stars. Since the 1st unit was being returned we chose to buy the black stainless as a replacement. The black one has trouble keeping the temperature and this seems to create condensation in all plastic wapped bread, produce, etc. The ice maker is very loud to the point where it wakes us up sometimes. When it dumps the ice and refills it sounds like the water line is kinked or twisted. I was about to call to request a replacement with another black stainless unit.
