The door handle was loose when it arrived. Best Buy came back out and tightened it, but it never was flush with the door nor fully tight. Two years and ONE WEEK later, the handle is popping off. The fridge/freezer is OK other than that, and this could be a Best Buy, not LG problem, but don't let Best Buy leave your house until you are 100% sure they have correctly installed. Otherwise, it may break a week after warrenty.

I've had this particular unit for 26 months and the compressor failed. Fortunately, LG will cover the compressor and labor, but won't cover the components that aren't sealed in the repair. I will never buy another LG refrigerator.

So I let the store know and they sent another kit, but once again, I still need the bottom of the refrigerator door piece that switches. Still not resolved.
