    We needed a new refrigerator/freezer fast as ours died unexpectedly. We have a smaller space (34.5 inches) so a standard French -door model of 35.75 inches will not work. We went with an LG as we have other LG appliances and love them. This one is fine, but doesn't have several of the features we came to rely on with our old one. We knew the features were less going in, but it still is disappointing. Nothing particularly wrong with the model as it's a basic model; like a base model car.

    I just got the refrigerator. It looks good but the delivery guys dented the doors. I am expecting them to come back and replace it. Otherwise, I like the new fridge. It’s a bit small than I thought though.

    I've got a plumber coming to hook up the water. But so far I'm really enjoying my new LG after replacing my old LG fridge I'd had for years with very good luck till the freezer went out yet the fridge remained working great!

    This fridge is a 0/10 do not recommend. It’s been over a month and it took 3 weeks for them to find a tech to come and see what’s wrong just to find out it’s the compressor. And now we have to wait even longer for the parts to come in. It’s been a year with this fridge and the tech said this is a very common issue with these Lg fridges. So save your money & keep searching for other fridges. Everything else is beautiful about this fridge but the problems it comes with isn’t worth it at all.

    Love the Fridge. The sales guy took the time to measure with my husband to ensure that this fridge would fit in the space. I had no issues with installation. They were on time and communicated with me along the way.

    The door shelves have very limited adjustments. The fridge shelves are single full width pieces, also with limited adjustments. Much less flexibility than our old fridge to accommodate various items. Also, the Freezer door does not seal well. We've already had multiple occasions where we find the temperature has risen and condensation is starting to freeze on the shelf/door.
