It closes immediately, which interferes with being able to take things out and put them back in. I've had the door serviced but they told me to add more weight, which we did and still can't get the door to stay open.

This is been by second one, the earlier one which I replaced with this new one was a bigger in size around 28 Cu. ft that doesn't fit in my kitchen space for fridge. Best buy is amazing on working around the return and replace service, i love it.

I bought from Best Buy Pacific Home 33-inch-wide Samsung 4-door French-door fridge 10 years ago. Now, they stopped making them. Choices for 33-inch wide fridge are slim pickings. This fridge meets my needs, but it makes ice into the middle drawer, not the usual through the external water dispenser.

The shelves inside the doors give extra space for items in addition to the shelves. The water dispenser gives ice as well as water. Although the deluvery guys were very polite and helpful, I did notice 2 small scratches after they'd already gone.
