It was dim considering the 400 nits and paled in comparison with my other displays so much that it stood out to me. A smart tv would be way better for the money. This monitor has no speakers, remote, smart connectivity. I was using it for office work and the edges of the screen were dim compared to the center of the screen. Too wide and dim for office application in my opinion.

I didnt end up liking the acessory so when i came in to return the acessory a few days later, i was charged full price for the monitor somehow and therefore only recieved 0.80$ back for the accessory that originally cost me $60.. they mentioned that i broke the bundle pricing and therefore now needed to pay the maximum price for the monitor.. Mind you of course, the monitor was on sale with or without the added accessory and the bundle deal only applied an additional 20% to ONLY THE ACESSORY NOT TO THE MONITOR.. After going back and forth for 40 mins they told me there was nothing they could do but give me store credit. They said to call customer service and i did. After another 40 mins customer service tells me the same thing. Id expect a bit more better customer service seeing how im a Total Plus Member. This is the type of treatment that makes me question how Best Buys been above water for so long. Ill not be purchasing any items from Best Buy in the future and could care less what promotions you have to offer.
