    Overall I'd say we're very happy with this model fridge. We had two reasons for selecting this model: 1) the MAX design's thinner doors 2) the Zero Clearance door hinges Pros: - the MAX design really does maximize interior space - - - super important especially with a counter depth refrig - lighting is bright and gives easy viewing of the entire interior - visually, this refrig is beautiful and the stainless finish seems to really be fingerprint resistant - though we haven't used it yet, the Craft Ice is nice to have as we previously molded round ice in trays ahead of entertaining - shelves are thin and not bulky - it runs super quietly - - we only hear it when the ice is filling or dropping into the bin Cons: - These Zero Clearance doors are great b/c they open even when the side of the fridge is up against a wall. What this also means (I didn't know this), is that they don't and won't open fully even if there's nothing but open space next to it. In other words, the door on the side with nothing in it's way will still only open to 90 degrees. In our case, it's a great feature on one side, but I keep trying to swing the other door fully open and it stops and recoils back to hit me. I don't know if I would have necessarily opted for this hinge had I known this in advance. It really does limit access even with both doors fully open b/c the door bins stick into the access area. - The water dispenser does not show measured amounts. Not necessarily a con, but just something our old fridge had that I didn't realize I'd miss. - It would be great if the shallow bottom drawer had a slide back top on it - - - or if it was split like the 2 deeper drawers are. It's a little annoying to have to open both doors in order to pull that drawer out to access something in it. - the top freezer drawer only partially pulls out making it a little awkward to see what's in there. You are able to lift it up and pull it further forward, but that's an extra step to take. Overall, happy but in retrospect I would have definitely still chosen the MAX, but not necessarily the Zero Clearance Hinge version.

    The fridge looks amazing but because of my husband’s major surgery, it is hard for him to properly use this refrigerator.

    The ice maker gets jammed. The ice gets stuck at the top. The doors don’t close easily. You can push them closed and walk away, but it doesn’t close all the way unless you push it all the way closed.

    We really like everything about this refrigerator except for the size of the ice cubes. They are golf ball size and that is a little too big for our use but we can adjust. We like the lay out of the inside and it has been great, so far!

    Only had it 1 month and so far so good. Only complaint is the noise of the ice maker, but can’t really expect too much quieter with the thin door profile. Have to take the good with the bad.
