I have had this refrigerator for a little over a month. It has all the space I need and runs quietly. Temperatures are digital and easy to set for both refrigerated and freezer compartments. I am quite pleased with this purchase.

Very happy with our new fridge, inside water works great. Looks very stylish and fits our counter space.

We are very happy with this purchase. I was initially a bit concerned due to the lack of an external water and ice dispenser, but it has not proven to be an issue. The layout of the refrigerator has allowed us to have a much more organized fridge, even with children moving things around. The freezer is spacious and once again easy to keep organized.

Good quality product for the price. Great capacity and simple functionality. Love the internal ice maker and water dispenser. The only downside is the material for drawers and accessories is a little flimsy. Let’s see how stand the test of time.

I love my new fridge!! We bought a counter depth side by side that went downhill fast and didnt have much space. The items that got pushed back would freeze and it drove me batty! This is the largest capacity counter depth I've ever seen for a great price. No items freezing, no issues fitting everything. The water is inside so lots of door space for milk, juice, Condiments. Very very happy with it.

MY LG 26.5 French Door Counter Depth refrigerator was installed two weeks ago and I love it. I have a quiet refrigerator that is much roomier and is more efficient than my last GE Cafe. My vegetables don't freeze and that in itself saves me quite a bit of money on food. I am so happy that I made this purchase . My refrigerator repairman recommended this brand.

I needed a fridge for my getaway condo. This is perfect for deciding not to go super high end with a Sub Zero. I love the size, I can fit a very large whole pizza box in the freezer. That is a plus. The filtered water dispenser inside the unit is also a plus.

I’m enjoying this refrigerator. I like the water dispenser inside the fridge and the counter depth is perfect. No more losing things in the back of the refrigerator. The interior design works very well with lots of room for taller things in the door.

Well designed to provide a lot of space for a counter depth fridge. We needed a fridge with these dimensions, french door, and no added features like water in the door.... Checked all the boxes. And, the Best Buy sales agent very helpful with this purchase. We have not used the smart features and it is new, so, hope it will be reliable and maybe we will enjoy some of these unexplored features.

So far, this refrigerator has performed nicely, is sleek, and is HUGE inside- accommodating so much food! Much better than the Samsung. Quality product with quality delivery!

I was hesitant buying a counter depth fridge at first thinking I would be forfeiting interior space. Absolutely NOT the case! I’m very pleased with the sleek design, ice maker in the freezer (where it belongs!) and water dispenser in the refrigerator as opposed to the exterior door. My experience from consultation to delivery was seamless and stress free. I highly recommend this LG refrigerator. I’ll be a Best Buy customer for life!

The refrigerator was larger inside than expected. A nice bonus. Excellent condition except for the small scratch on the outside bottom left corner of the freezer section (which was clearly identified on the description of the condition since I bought this at the outlet). Great price for only a small defect that didn't affect how it works.

I really like my new refrigerator. Clean lines and plenty of room. It’s actually smaller than my old one but looks bigger inside. My only wish would be that there was one more height adjustment option on the door shelves.

Easy to keep clean, love the water inside the fridge. It works great. The ice is fast but can hear the motor when pouring out the ice. It looks sleek

Purchased this to replace previous LG that lasted 12 years and had all the high end features.. I looked at a whole price range of LG fridges as well as other brands. My initial thoughts when examining display model was that it was a much simpler model but the doors and shelves were made of lighter material than my old fridge. I thought the reason was this was a lower end model but when I looked at more expensive models I did not find too much of a build quality difference so I think its do to newer "green" standards. Also, I learned my lesson after 25 years of experience with outside ice machines built in door with water dispenser. All the moving parts equal more expensive repairs long run and less room for storage. Ice tray on the inside is much bigger and less moving parts. Like this model very much so far.

This has turned out to be a great new fridge. It has more 37 degree fridge space and 0 degree freezer space than our old side-by-side unit. The stainless steel surface is finger print free. This French door style really makes good use of function and space. We did not want the mechanical complexity of an in-door water/ice dispenser and this model works great! We give it a high recommendation.

First time buying a fridge with the freezer at the bottom, definitely a game changer for more storage. Love the stainless steel finish and how easy it was to get it running.

Is slightly larger footprint than last counter-depth - don't mind because of the extra interior space in refrigerator and freezer. So far great choice.

The fridge was hugh. So far, we stored a lot of stuff and still cold enough.

Very nice with tons of space. We upgraded from a side by side and the difference in capacity while taking up the same floor space is amazing. I like the ice in the freezer and not the door as I’ve never seen a door ice dispenser that doesn’t throw some ice on the floor. Might be nice if they included an ice scoop with it but I already had one so no big deal.
