Love the amount of space inside this refrigerator.

We love our new LG fridge. The interior layout offers a it more usable space than the larger fridge we replaced. We also love the extended warranty we received at no extra charge.

I do love my new refrigerator. I don’t love the flap that sometimes closes in the middle. You have to make sure the left side closes first and the flap is flat otherwise there is a 2 inch gap where it just stays open. I didn’t notice this strange feature before the purchase or I might have chosen a different one.

While we are enjoying our LG appliance, we experienced damage to our hard wood floors and cabinetry during delivery. That was in September...we are still waiting to get resolution. The communication between the store and the delivery team was horrible. They arrived not knowing we had a subzero fridge to be removed.

This refrigerator is recommended to operate at temperatures that damage food. We had to set it way warmer. The produce bins offer no option to regulate air flow and temperatures which would be nice to keep produce crisper and fresher.

As the owner of the LG Counter-Depth MAX 26.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator with water dispenser (model number LRFLC2706S), I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with the product. Unfortunately, the refrigerator ceased functioning approximately one year after purchase, which was particularly distressing upon returning home from vacation on June 8, 2025, to find the unpleasant odor of spoiled food. I reached out to Best Buy In-Home Repairs for assistance, but I found the experience somewhat challenging and disappointing, particularly given the circumstances. I initially purchased the refrigerator on March 24, 2024, and I was hopeful that it would meet my expectations for quality and service. I understand that delays can happen, but I now face a wait until June 26, 2025, for a diagnosis. As someone who invested in an extended warranty, I had hoped for a more supportive response. I appreciate your attention to my concerns, as it’s important to me that my business and loyalty as a customer are valued. Thank you for your understanding.
