Wish it had the draw pulls on the top of draws but it's a minor brain adjustment. Like the water dispenser to be inside, it works great. Also thought I'd want to have adjustable door shelves, but the all work out fine. Happy with this frig. Sooo great to have the frig on the top!!

But no issues with the unit in general other than the cheap film that came off the door adjacent to the handles in the first 6 mos (easily removed). Our issue has been the persistent ice buildup on the sides, rails and ceiling of the freezer box. We’ve called out for service twice with LG. First visit identified a recall on a thermostat/wire that supposedly keeps the ice from building up. No change to performance after repair. 2nd visit included the replacement of the metal rails on both sides. Again, this did not fix the problem. I contacted LG a few months ago as a follow-up and they emailed me back with a self problem troubleshooting step-by-step….after two onsite tech visits in the fist 15 months. We gave up and now defrost the box every 3 months. Thank goodness we have a garage freezer. Saving for a replacement.
