Fridge Fine; Do Not Do Delivery (Worst Ever Had)
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fridge works fine; delivery and service was the worst I have ever received. I reported it to Best Buy and found out they didn't care. As a result, I probably will not be buying anything from them in the future (and I've bought a lot). Delivery service damaged my home- front door and tile floor- which I am still waiting for repairs 2 weeks later.

Absolutely LOVE IT!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old fridge came with the house when I bought it. My husband and I hated the design so when the on door ice maker broke to the tune of $500, we decided to replace the whole fridge, not just the ice maker. We love everything about our new LG french door refrigerator. It's 26cu ft which if much bigger than the old 22cc ft one. The door shelves can hold 4 one gallon jugs of milk, and that's just the bottom two shelves! There's ample space to store groceries if you have a big family, or during the holiday season when your shopping list triples. There's a water dispenser inside that's convenient and easy to use. Also, it has both a water filter, and an air filter! The freezer has tons of space. The ice maker works quietly, located inside the freezer and has a large ice storage container. It's a great change from the on door ice dispenser. Ice would drop into the storage hopper and make a huge racket! The sales price was very reasonable too, especially compared to other vendors.

arrived with a dent
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.arrived with a dent in the door. I was told I could get some money off my purchase if I chose to keep it. when I called their 'customer care" to try and set that up the agent did not follow through with my request. when I called weeks later, as I did not receive my meager $150 gift card I was told they could not do that. I ended up getting an amount refunded but it was ridiculously hard to finally get that result. I do not recommend buying appliances from Best Buy. The fridge is ok, but the dent is annoying.

Cold, Reliable, and Way Less Judgmental Than I Exp
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This refrigerator has been absolutely crushing it. It keeps things cold (huge win), doesn’t randomly make spooky noises at 2 a.m., and hasn’t once judged me for opening the door just to stare at food I’m not actually hungry for. The shelves are sturdy enough to handle my questionable grocery decisions, the drawers actually slide smoothly instead of fighting back, and the freezer keeps ice cream at the perfect “dangerously edible” temperature. Bonus points for making my kitchen look more put-together than I actually am. Guests see the fridge and assume I have my life together. I do not—but the illusion is strong. Overall, this fridge does exactly what a fridge should do, quietly and reliably, while asking nothing in return except electricity and occasional cleaning. 10/10 would trust with leftovers again.

LG Refrigerator Freezer Review
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When we decided to replace our refrigerator, it was our decision to stay with a bottom freezer unit. We felt that LG was a top quality appliance manufacturer so we picked their 26.5 Cu Ft counter depth bottom freezer unit. It fits our refrigerator space perfectly and has more storage capacity (both refrigerator and freezer) than our previous non counter depth unit. We have been using it for a while now and could not be more pleased. It hold temperature excellently in both the refrigerator and the freezer (Setpoint s are 37 and 0 - temps are steady within two to three degrees of the set points). Our new LG refrigerator/Freezer has performed flawlessly for us and is everything that we hoped it would be. Not to forget our Best Buy purchase and installation experience, both were excellent!

Well Designed Upgrade to my aging Fridge!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Impressive and efficient use of storage space while earning the title of being "counter-depth". It blew my mind talking to the associate at Best Buy the reported cubic feet of storage with the exterior measurements. I know LG is reputable and I'd heard mixed reviews about Samsung (which I really wanted at first) and I'm so glad I chose this fridge from LG. It's a classy design with crisp finishes, and I LOVE the internal water dispenser. It's creative and I love how it doesn't take up space in the door or on the front of the fridge. The ice-maker works wonderfully and the ice size is great (I think you can adjust it but haven't tried). It's pretty quiet for the most part too. CONS: It's not been super intuitive how to rearrange the shelves, but I don't blame LG. I need to figure out first from LG how to do it as I'm too afraid to break/damage something, but definitely need to adjust the shelves as things like pitchers don't currently fit. The only real con I can think of is that it's a tiny bit noisier than I was hoping. The compressor only turns on occasionally which is how a fridge typicall works but when it's on it's surprisingly louder than I thought it would be--it's not really THAT loud but I had heard LG was known for being super quiet and perhaps my expectations were unreasonable. So it's a minor complaint. Overall, great fridge that I am VERY with.

Great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have bought this same refrigerator twice now and have no problems. We love the simplistic design and the internal water dispenser. Makes plenty of ice and it is very large volume inside. The only downside is the “counter depth” is partially true. The thickness of the doors make them difficult to open all the way when placed at a normal counter depth, they catch on the walls. You have to pull it out 2-3 inches so the doors can open all the way

Noise-free and quite attractive!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced a 20+ year old junker fridge with this beautiful LG model. Quiet, doors open and close easily, and freezer is large. Bonus cold filtered water from inside. We couldn't be happier! The guys that installed were great- careful, considerate and efficient.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LOVE this product!! Disappointed that after the purchase it was indicated the water line connection would not happen unless the existing line was copper!! I purchased this condo brand new in 2002 and the water line is clear plastic!! Who has copper lines anymore??~!! Had to investigate a few different connectors to fit the included line, but ACE Hardware had what I needed. anyway the fingerprint resistance is awesome and the unit holds a constant 39 degrees in the fridge and 0 in freezer. I am a Chef and the myriad of condiments/sauces I have fit superbly on the doors to free up inside shelves for all else.

Sleek and Effective
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome fridge! Crazy it was still $1600 on massive sale (appliances are crazy these days), but I think it will be worth it in the long run. I bought this because it fit our fridge cutout better and had great reviews. So far, it is working out well. Here are the pros and cons. * Pros * - Keeps food cold (stellar feature I know) - Ice maker keeps up with our ice usage well - Fridge has lots of storage room - Design is sleek and stylish, very modern but minimalistic - app lets you change notification sounds, update fridge firmware, see if doors are currently open, and even keep track of item freshness (can add items manually and when they expire) - door open notifications so you know if your kid left it open * Cons * - ice maker took days to start producing, so you just have to wait - Drawers have no handles or grooves at all, so it's a tad bit awkward to reach up underneath them to get a grip - water spout is so awkward, but we didn't want it anyway, just happened to be a feature for this size Overall, definitely recommend unless drawer handles are super important to you.

Nice refrigerator. We love it
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We really love our new refrigerator, very spacious and practical. The water dispenser is marvelous and doesn’t take space from the refrigerator. The different compartments are wonderful for keeping fruits, vegetables and cheeses. The freezer is spacious and like the different dividers as long as the ice maker. We will buy it again, also the alarm that let you know if you didn’t close the doors properly.

Compact Fridge with tons of easy-access storage
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Model LRFLC2706S was our 2nd time purchasing an LG Counter-Depth Fridge. Our prior model, (purchased 8 yrs ago) was plagued with temperature control problems that were emblematic to both LG & Samsung Fridges with the water and ice dispenser on the outside of the frig door. So this time, we elected to go with the basic cubes in the freezer model that has a water dispenser inside (rather than outside) the door. This gives it a very clean, simplified look. Both models had approximately the same compact footprint. Our old fridge was 24 cu ft, so we were delighted that this model is 26.5 cu ft. We now have 17.8 cu ft in the fridge (vs 16.1 cu ft) and 8.7 cu ft in the freezer vs 7.9 cu ft. Most of the fridge space seems to be gained in the wider door shelf space on the left, as a result of relocating the ice maker. But they also consolidated the vegetable drawers from three to two bigger ones in the fridge and went from 3 shelves to 2 shelves in the freezer, making them deeper and offering more usable space. Despite previous problems, we always liked the amazing amount of storage space crammed into the French Door counter-depth model and the fabulous lighting that lets you see everything that is stored. Inside and out, it's just a beautiful appliance. We do use a device called the SensorPush HT.w Wireless Thermometer/Hygrometer Water-Resistant for iPhone/Android for monitoring refrigerator and freezer temps. We had the units in our old fridge too and it brings a level of comfort knowing the temperature is stable and we're not left guessing. This LG model is a SMART refrigerator and comes with ThinQ Care Technology that connects to your home network and an app. It sends protective smart alerts to your phone like time to change the filters, ice messages etc, and can provide smart diagnosis. I am very pleased with this purchase.

LG Refrigator
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We are very pleased with our LG Refrigerator. It replaced a Kitchen Aid 25 Cu FT. 10-year-old. We like all the features and would highly recommend LG to all that ask. We like the lighted shelves and the quiet nature of this refrig. The freezer has plenty of room and the ice maker is terrific. All in all, we love this new addition to our home.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This refrigerator is perfect for us. It's counter depth so we can pull out the freezer drawer without it hitting our island. We just love the internal water dispenser. The refrigerator has plenty of room. The shelves are easy to move around and the freezer is a very good size for us.

Spacious and Quiet
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lots of space for a counter depth! This fridge is super quiet - I mean really quiet to the point I didn't think it was running. Lots of spacious door shelves to store items that I had to previously store on the interior shelves, freeing up the main space. I cannot comment on the ice maker/water dispenser as I do not have a water line to the fridge. Temps hold steady at 37 in fridge and 0 in freezer. It is sleek and the outside does not show finger marks. If I had a complaint it would be that it could use more interior lighting, but it is sufficient. The back wall is stainless and the cord to plug it in comes from the top of the box instead of the back and that is not an issue either as you can't even see it. All in all, very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to you if you are looking for a counter depth but don't want to sacrifice space.

Perfect! Nearly.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very good refrigerator for the price. I got it on sale around Black Friday. Storage is very good for a counter depth. The shelves could be a little more adjustable, and the bins could be a little more durable. The gallon door storage shelves result in tons more space in the back of the unit. Short people might find it hard to reach the back of the top shelves. I like the water dispenser inside, so it doesn’t make a mess on the outer door. The ice bin holds much more ice than we use. I turn it off when it’s less than 1/2 full so the ice doesn’t absorb odors or bad taste before we use it all. This one replaced one that lasted over 18 years.
