This is a very spacious refrigerator. The design is sleek and the inside water and ice are very easy top use.

I’m not exactly old yet, but I AM excited about a refrigerator! We replaced a very expensive built-in refrigerator in our condo. I didn’t want to spend $10k (or close to it) on a refrigerator simply because it was considered a built-in. Instead, we opted for a standard fridge with as few features as possible. No fancy technology, just a simple water dispenser and ice maker. It was delivered and set up quickly. We LOVE it!! It’s remarkably spacious, EVERYTHING is visible upon opening the doors (so you don’t forget what’s in there, only to discover it covered in moldy fur months later). The LED lighting softly illuminates upon opening. The freezer is a thrill! (LOL!!) Two drawers, so we can stash a pizza in the upper drawer and other frozen goodies in the lower drawer. Prior to replacing, we had to make ice in trays every day. Not a big deal, just a hassle. The ICE MAKER absolutely rocks!! It cranks out little cubes like it’s trying to win a contest! We both drink water all day, put ice in our cats’ water bowls, and I use ice in my scotch & soda every night. We are never close to running out of ice! The fact that we caught this gem on sale for $1,500 makes it the bargain of the century! If you’re wanting an incredible refrigerator that does what you need without a bunch of breakable frills, THIS is the one!!

We previously owned an LG refrigerator that we liked as well, but both my wife and I think this design is better. It's well organized interior makes for easy access and storage. The new interior water dispenser, which I was hesitant about, is actually awesome. It takes up less room and allows the refrigerator to use space better. We really like this design.

Love this fridge, tons of space without sticking out too far into the floor space of our kitchen. Keeps everything nice and cold, and it’s nice and quiet.

I absolutely LOVE my new refrigerator! I only needed to replace my refrigerator in black to go with all of my other appliances so I went with LG's newer contemporary MAX in black stainless. It was back ordered so I had a lot of time to think about how the style just didn’t fit in with my kitchen. Then I saw the perfect refrigerator ever made. LG counter depth MAX 27cu ft. BUT …..It only came in stainless steel. It was less than their black one so I crunched numbers. I decided to change out all my beautiful black appliances for the LG stainless. I love the features. By getting internal water LG was able to add the extra deep and sturdy door shelves behind the left door just like on the right. They help to keep the interior organized. Also, there are no bulky protrusions inside on the ceiling that take away so much useable space. NancyV

5 stars for the fridge and 1 star for Best Buy. The refrigerator is very spacious. The ice maker and water filter are convenient, not in the way, and don't take up unnecessary space, like other refrigerators we looked at. We love the fridge but the Best Buy Service was terrible! We paid extra for installation and haul away and asked Best Buy what we needed to do to prepare for delivery and installation, they said "nothing, our guys will take care of everything". When the fridge arrived, the installers didn't know where the ice maker shutoff line was. They refused to look for it for even 3 minutes, saying it was our responsibility to know where it was and they had to be back on the road (mind you, they arrived 30 minutes BEFORE the beginning of their 2 hour delivery window). They couldn't disconnect the ice maker on the old fridge or water would go everywhere. So they left the new fridge in the living room and refused to even put the handles on because it changed from being a "delivery and install" to a "dropoff". We found the shutoff line 5 minutes after they left so we paid a plumber $200 since we couldn't get Best Buy back out to install and haul the old fridge away until 4 days later.

For a counter depth refrigerator it has a lot of storage space. It is very efficient, I measured 1.08 KWHs a day, which is 2/3 of what our older LG Energy Star fridge used. It is also quieter. However, a couple of design flaws we found; for this price, the shelves should be more adjustable. Also, the wife doesn't like the way the basket in the freezer pulls out once the drawer is about two thirds, then you have to push it back to get things out of the drawer. No problems so far, if it remains trouble free, the flaws can be overlooked.

I recently purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy, and while it has some great features, I’m concerned about its performance. The fridge is spacious, looks sleek in stainless steel, and the smart features are a nice touch. However, it has been making strange noises since it was delivered and installed in my basement. I recall hearing a loud noise during delivery, as if the fridge might have been dropped while being carried. I can’t help but wonder if this incident caused some internal damage. Since then, the refrigerator has been running, but the odd sounds are worrying and detract from the overall experience. I’d recommend this fridge for its design and functionality, but I’d caution anyone buying to ensure careful handling during delivery. I’m currently evaluating whether the noise issue can be resolved or if it will require a service call.

As someone who values space efficiency without sacrificing storage capacity, I was blown away by the sheer amount of room inside this counter depth beauty. The design is sleek and modern, and having the water dispenser inside has made this a much cleaner model.

Cannot say enough about how this refrigerator looks in my home. It’s very spacious inside. Minimal noise if any coming from it and the temp is perfect!

Like this LG fridge so far, it has been 2 weeks, it has lots of room and keep the item chill. Ice maker is good. I had a samsung earlier which died in 7 years, i will see how long this one will last.

We’ve had this refrigerator for about a week and are very happy with it so far! We went from a regular size fridge to counter depth and somehow this refrigerator still seems bigger than our old one. The space on the doors is much bigger, which is nice so stuff does not get lost in the back of the fridge.

Love this fridge. Looks nice, great capacity and a good quality appliance. We liked it so much that this is the 2nd one we purchased when we bought our new home.

Excellent and beautiful product! My last refrigerator was almost 23 years old and it has been such a pleasure to have this new one. Designed well and so much more space. I got a great price too. The sales associate who came to my home to measure the space and the delivery men were very professional, thorough and friendly. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

We purchased this LG refrigerator 25 days ago and we are very happy we made this purchase. There is no noise from the motor. If we leave doors open an alarm goes off to let us know about it. Lots of storage room. The French doors are very convenient for space purposes. We highly recommend this type of refrigerator especially for everyone!

I spent way too long researching my options, but I'm thoroughly happy with my purchase. I did not want a behemoth taking up lots of kitchen space and had a lot of visual clutter with an external water and ice dispenser and lots of doors and drawers. I have a small kitchen and wanted something counter-depth. This is the largest capacity counter-depth available. Compared to other brands, I like the simplistic shelving in the fridge that I can customize to my needs, and the freezer drawers are nice and deep. The internal water dispenser is excellent. No water streaks ruining the front of my fridge door. I will say the water is not super cold, but cool. However, we don't like cold water so this is not an issue. I struggled over the decision to have one or two drawer freezers, but am happy with the single. The exterior looks more simplistic and opening one drawer allows us to see all of the frozen foods. The ice machine makes very nice size cubes, a little smaller than your standard ice cube tray. We have only had the fridge for one month so I cannot speak to longevity. I am a huge Consumer Reports fan and LG refrigerators are top rated. I also read reviews for this model on multiple websites. For reference, we are a family of four with two middle schoolers.
