    Leaking water dispenser and needs frequent wipe to dry. Also door surface can easily get a dent due to thin finish. If you have kids don't bother to buy.

    I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Best Buy’s delivery and installation service was so disappointing. A two-day delivery turned into a two-week ordeal due to repeated logistical errors on their end. Our delivery was rescheduled four times, leaving my family without a refrigerator for two weeks! Communicating with customer service was horrible, different representatives gave conflicting information! It has seriously made me reconsider shopping with Best Buy in the future.

    Worst customer service, did not complete the install, and didn't even bother to call the customer and tell them you're not coming. 4 appointments and 4 no-shows, and they do not even bother to call the customer and let them know. I would not recommend you to anybody with customer service like we got. You have the worst customer service, no communication. I would not recommend your store to anybody! So do you think you can finish doing the job we paid for already? If it's not too much to ask, ONE P'D OFF CUSTOMER.

    The Fridge is not bad the issue is BESTBUY. FYI Bestbuy won't install the new water line. The info in the website is missinformation. If i know BestBuy won't install the new fridge water line. I should have just bought the regular fridge no water line .
