Great fridge, since I bought it has been working great

Had to return the first unit bc of internal damage. Easy process. Working great so far. Sometimes the icemaker gets hung up and you have to manually loosen the ice inside. The craft ice maker is a nice extra. Bummed the instaview does not have an extra door to open just that panel. It's only knock to view. Overall working well and very sexy unit.

Our last LG lasted 12 years, and we only changed it because the freezer seals were worn out, freezing our produce. I expect similar longevity from this, but it is not without issues: 1) extremely flimsy plastic shelves and drawers without any stoppers. We already had a breakage when the ice drawer fell on a lower shelf. 2) The ice-maker is very, very loud as when the ice falls a long distance into the thin drawer, it's like someone is playing the Taiko drums in the fridge. It wakes us up on the second floor! 3) The see-through door is not dark enough. The contents of the fridge can be seen in regular light. 4) The replacement filter prices continue to be outrageous.

We love our new refrigerator. It’s quiet and we love the round ice for drinks.

A lot more spacious than I thought. Once you download the app, its a lot easier to maintain, everything is nice and cold and has kept my food fresh a lot longer. I do recommend, and please consider the inurance as well.

I don't blame the store for this, but when I received the fridge and plugged it in there was a beeping that was coming from the fridge every 30 seconds or so. I checked the booklet and it said that it may either be the temperature alert, or that the doors were not closed all the way. After making sure both doors were closed adequately and waiting for most of the day for the temperature to come to setting it still was beeping. We contacted customer service. They sent someone out. They said that we couldn't get it fixed and needed a replacement fridge. When I called LG to get this done after only having the fridge for 3 days, they said that it couldn't be replaced. That we needed to contact the store and have them take care of it. So my husband unplugged the sensor that was causing the beeping and now we don't hear the sound anymore. Will not buy this brand again though.

I got this fridge in a discounted limited time and since its LG and side by side, that makes it a perfect fridge for my house. It has lotf of storage for literally every food size! Love the different style if ice making :)

Best fridge we have ever owned. It is outside in a covered patio, and has held up great for years. We love the looks and the features!

Looks great, and very practical for it can easily accommodate several tall containers (like gallon milk...) unlike most french door refrigerators with bottom freezer. And its design still gives 4 door french style look.

The ice machine works and it is wonderful. You do want to save ice in the bottom tray as the ice machine does not have a large internal capacity. Everything else is amazing.

Craft ice is excellent. We use it more than the crushed ice. See through window is nice to see without opening door. Delivery went well. They even moved my old refrigerator to the garage for me.

Like my new fridge very much. It has a small ding on the front door but too much hassle to send it back. The craft isle is a nice feature; didn’t know how much I would use it! The delivery installation/ team did a great job and were so kind and helpful!

Easy to access and easy to see the refrigerator’s contents. Stylish looks and interesting ice choices. One of the best feature is that you don’t have to blindly search deep drawers since more storage is at eye level.

I love that we can see whats in the frig without opening it. We also like love the big golf size ice its capable of making! I wish the freezer part was a little bigger.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It holds alot of things and it keeps vegetables/produce nice and fresh. The freezer is also amazing. I'm glad I purchased this item.
