    Excellent refrigerator! I have had it for over two years. The Craft Ice Cube maker started making water instead of ice, but that got replaced for free under warrantee. The water/ice depensor still works. The InstaView feature still works. Lovin' it!

    Make no mistake this looks very nice in our home. The cooling was not working well, I have made several attempts to get service and LG Customer service is very difficult to navigate. It also was very difficult to have a service rep come out. Now our ice machine is not working, I have been waiting for 3 weeks for repair parts to be delivered. LG has not been a good experience.

    The entire family is enjoying our new refrigerator and all its modern capabilities especially the ice balls. The fact that the light comes on with just a knock on the door is meet with such Enthusiasm. Forgot to mention an alarm sounds when you leave the door open long, its just simply Amazing.

    Best thing? Craft ice. Worse thing? Craft ice. Ice maker makes loud hammer sounds now only 4 months after purchase. When I call customer service in another country, they say someone will come out soon, but no scheduling so far. YouTube the craft ice maker problem and you will hear the known issue. Also, don’t buy for the door knocking light. It’s cute for a day, but then you’ll open the door anyway like you’ve always done.

    Had the fridge for about a month and we love it. Only issue is the craft ice doesn’t always produce ice as described. We changed the setting to produce more but it doesn’t therefore we run out all time.

    This fridge only has 2 side by side doors, i really thought it was 4 individual doors because by the look of it, and i really thought the glass windows can be opened but unfortunately its just design and doesnt even open. Doesnt make any sense not like other fridge that the windows can be opened when u need inside you dnt need to open the entire door but this one isnt that kind. I am a bit disappointed with it as it wasnt the one i was looking for but due to the fact that it has been delivered and installed already i have no choice but to keep it.

    I bought a three-year extended warranty w/ Geek Squad because the last frig I bought from Best Buy encountered major problems within two years after purchase. This LG hopefully will be a better choice.

    Works well i like the winow that is in the refrigerator side so i can see what i have as well as the secondary ice maker in the freezer helps with mixed drinks or whenevr you need more ice for something
