Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the installation service provided by Best Buy’s contracted installers. Since the initial delivery and installation of my refrigerator, I have not had access to water or ice. The installers informed me that the hose was too short but did not provide any solution or attempt to resolve the issue. Today, they also installed my stove and microwave; however, they again refused to assist with the refrigerator issue, despite the fact that I purchased a complete LG appliance package. At this point, my refrigerator is still not fully functional, and I continue without water or ice. I am requesting immediate assistance and a proper resolution to this matter.

The capacity is awesome as I still have a lot of empty space. The water and ice on the door works perfectly and the Ice Balls are excellent for water jugs. Tap the glass door and you can see everything inside. Plenty of wide shelves on the door. So far it has kept all the food well refrigerated. The freezer is also spacious and keeps everything well frozen.

Smudges are very visible on the dark glass, so it requires constant cleaning. My only complaint is when the baseball-size ice balls drop into the plastic tray, it gets very loud, especially at nighttime. The ice tray is also heavy when it gets full, and sadly, it has already cracked.
